Pros:

Spacious, brilliant facilities, easy access to the beach. The canadian lady on reception of the spa was fantastic. Just the sort of hospitality you don’t see as much now.

A very comfortable and relaxing resort.
Pros:

It’s a really beautiful property and fully refurbished. The interior design is fantastic. The bedroom was really comfortable and spacious and I love the bathroom. The access to the beach is wonderful and really convenient. All members of staff were really kind, helpful and positive, especially Diogo and Márcio on reception and Esmeraldo who helped us with the baggage and gave local tips. I don’t remember the name of the housekeeping guy, but he was really friendly every morning and gave some extra coffee and tea (I wish I could remember his name, but he was very tall and from India) overall it was a really positive and relaxing experience and I would definitely return.

Cons:

The rooftop bar and restaurant was a little bit overpriced, which can make it an expensive stay as there isn’t too much in walking distance.

Pros:

Staff were amazing, fitness and spa facilities are also very good. However when booking was not told there would be a charge to use the spa facilities!

only found this out as emailed the hotel directly

Breakfast for a 5 start hotel could do with more choice especially in the hot section

No momento do check-in o staff me pediu para fazer um caução de 150 euros,eu respondi que no booking não constava essa informação,ele falou que era para o caso eu estragasse qq coisa,um absurdo,sendo que a estadia foi paga em dinheiro
Saímos pq o quarto não estava pronto,quando voltamos o recepcionista nos falou que tinha uma pendência no cartão,tipo nosso cartão tinha sido negado,falei que tinha pago em dinheiro,a reposta foi que o recepcionista não tinha anotado nosso pagamento.Me senti constrangida ao extremo,e achei que tentaram nos lesar
