Experiência difere se B&B ou Half-board
Pros:

Se fosse em regime bed and breakfast, teria sido excelente, nota máxima.
Pela positiva, pessoal muito atencioso e atento aos clientes, boa qualidade da oferta gastronómica, higiene muito boa.

Cons:

Em regime meia pensão deixa algo a desejar, no que toca à variedade do menu - sem pratos do dia rotativos- e pela exclusão a que são votados os clientes neste regime, do menu barbecue realizado um dia por semana.

The staff were unprofessional.
Pros:

The hotel’s design and facilities are absolutely stunning and exceeded my expectations. It is truly a beautiful place.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the hotel. The service was very slow, and the staff—from the front desk to the pool area and housekeeping—were not as professional as I had hoped.

& The room air conditioning was not cold enough.

I sincerely hope to visit again in the future and find the service improved to match the hotel’s outstanding standards.

Great hotel great stay but not family friendly
Pros:

The hotel itself is stunning. Very new everything is very clean. The beds are comfortable the pillows the duvets everything truly 5 star. We had a double room and a suite both were exceptional. The beach access is great and the beach is one of the nicest in Algarve. The gym and the virtual classes in the mat room were amazing.

Cons:

Some of the staff was so kind and lovely and some of them
Just very poor. We had a gentlemen at reception who barely spoke English and told us nothing. I had to go back later to talk to a lady with great English who explained everything to me perfectly. You shouldn’t be a front desk worker with poor English.
Also the hotel while amazing it’s greatly suited to adults. They say it’s kids friendly but it’s more kids tolerated. Think they need to reconsider either be an adult only hotel or have something anything for the children to do. A playground or a kids club or at least a table tennis.
