Pros:

Bon emplacement et personnel adorable.
Divina et Trisha ont été d’une grande aide tout au long de mon séjour et ont fait preuve d’une grande gentillesse. Un grand merci à elles pour leur aide précieuse.

Cons:

S’il est vrai que l’appartement disposait de tout le nécessaire, il était néanmoins très exigu. Il était notamment impossible d’ouvrir une valise au sol faute d’espace. Par ailleurs, le logement souffrait d’une humidité importante, et ce malgré l’utilisation constante du déshumidificateur, que j’ai dû vider à de nombreuses reprises.

Pros:

Divina & Ryan and Digital Concierge Rome were great. They welcomed us and guided us patiently. We rarely meet such friendly and help staff at a budget stay.

Overall, we are happy with our stay and meets our expectation. Location is great, rooms are clean and tidy.

Cons:

There were a few strands of hair on the pillow and hand towel (in the loft room). Hope they can double-check them in the future.

Pros:

The location is central and easily accessible. Not too far from MRT or busstops. Area have many F&B outlets making it convenient for meals.

Room is generally very clean, thou there are a few strands of unknown hair, but it didnt bother me much. Floor is clean, bedding is without stains or smell. Room does not have weird odor. Corridor and stairs smells great though. Toilet is clean as well.

Check-in and check-out is really convenient and easy with the app. And the follow up msges were prompt and fantastic.

Shout out to the Divina and the team, great job! I would definitely return if I wish to take a break from my busy schedule.

Good property, soft skill can be improved
Pros:

Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Cons:

It’s a digital hotel. You need to be familiar with mobile usage as you need to operate everything on an app that you need to download. But there is actually a staff at the property on their working hour. They claimed that they have 24/7 customer assistance. But when you really need someone to assist you with something, they might not be available. Then you will be in panic. I was using all different method to reach them, without immediate response. Until I call them by a local phone number. Other than proper apologies, they only sent you messages for giving them a good rate… be prepared before you start your stay.

Pros:

This stay was perfect! The location was great, 5 minutes away from the metro. The room exceeded expectations, it had all facilities and a comfortable bed. The staff (Davina and Rome) were communicative over WhatsApp prior to arrival and during our stay.

Ryan who checked us in was super friendly and helpful too!
The deposit was returned on the day of departure!

For the price a real good choice with with a very good standard.
Pros:

It was cosy an really well organised, the bed was very comfortable. There is washing machines with the powder provided, and in the rooms is a fridge and water heater. Ryan was so nice helping me with all my questions and problems- thanks Ryan.

Cons:

A little bit small but I guess that’s Singapore. Everything is automatic, so you have to use your phone for entering the room and install an app for theft. But the personnel is very reactive once you write a message. So over all it was really a nice stay.
