Bon emplacement et logement bien équipé, mais propreté à améliorer
Pros:

Le logement correspond aux photos.
La cuisine est bien équipée, propre et gardée propre par les colocataires. Les colocataires respectent bien les règles de vie commune, notamment les horaires de silence indiqués par le propriétaire, ce qui rend le séjour plutôt calme malgré la proximité de la route.
Le Wi-Fi fonctionne bien.
La localisation est excellente : le métro est à environ 5 minutes à pied et permet de rejoindre le centre-ville rapidement. En moins de 30 minutes, il est possible d’accéder facilement à différents endroits de Copenhague.
Très bon contact avec le propriétaire, qui est disponible et agréable. Le grand réfrigérateur dans la chambre est un vrai plus, et il est suffisamment silencieux pour ne pas être gênant.

Cons:

Malheureusement, plusieurs points liés à la propreté et à l’entretien de la chambre et de la salle de bain sont à améliorer.
La chambre était très poussiéreuse : il y avait notamment de la poussière sur le dessus des commodes ainsi que des toiles d’araignée et des araignées. Les draps étaient également déchirés et les serviettes de bain peluchaient beaucoup. La porte de la chambre est par ailleurs difficile à ouvrir/fermer et ne s’ouvre pas complètement.
La salle de bain est très ancienne et aurait besoin d’être rénovée. La tuyauterie de la douche fuit et la vitre ne retient pas correctement l’eau, qui se répand sur le sol de toute la salle de bain.
Le propriétaire explique que cette partie du logement (au sous-sol) n’a pas encore été rénovée, ce qui explique selon lui le prix plus bas ; selon les standards de prix relatifs à Copenhague. En revanche, même dans un logement "moins cher", la propreté de la chambre ne devrait pas être négligée.

Low basic amenities, adequate for early airport
Pros:

Location for early airport access is great. The neighborhood is good for groceries, pizza, hotdogs and a fantastic bakery.

Cons:

Renovations proposed for 2027 mean the place is lower than basic. Four walls, a roof, a bed and running water.

Wer Unterkunft mit Küche und Waschmaschine und etwas zum schlafen sucht ist hier perfekt.
Pros:

Entgegenkommender Vermieter, nett, da wir mit einem Kind angereist sind und es dafür keinen Aufpreis gab.
Es gibt zwei Küchen, eine Waschmaschine und einen Garten.

Cons:

Es gab zu wenig Sanitäranlagen für die Menge an Gästen.

An der Unterkunft hat uns die Lage gefallen. Grundsätzlich ist alles sauber und ordentlich.

Cons:

Das Haus und der Garten sind in einem Zustand, der dem Preis nicht angemessen ist. Einfach zu teuer.

Wonderful home close to the center of Malmö. Very clean, bright, and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, and the hosts were kind, friendly, and very helpful. Highly recommended!
