Pros:

The breakfast was very well done, highly recommend the salmon and eggs Benedict or the French toast

Cons:

The elevator always stops at the lobby, it's just how it is programmed and the only downside. Everything else was so good that this is such a minor thing to live with

Il Personale era meraviglioso, Son, Andy, jiro ci hanno fatto sentire più che a casa. E’ stato un piacere conoscerle . Colazione buonissima
Vicino c’è un simpatico cunicolo con un sacco di taverne rumorose e divertenti per cenare e stare con in compagnia

La nostra camera era davvero piccola, anche se non mancava niente, consiglio la camera più grande, altrimenti portatevi dei bagagli piccoli

Our stay was quite uncomfortable.

The location was great

Cons:

The hallways were so dark it was very eerie and creepy. During the night, we would get random smells of cigarette smoke that was very strong. Also, when you take your key card out to leave the room, the AC turns off so we would come back to an extremely hot room unless we left one of our keys in the door. There is no cleaning service (once every 7 days) I’ve never stayed at a 4 star hotel that didn’t clean at least every 3 days. There is no towel change or trash collection unless you call and ask, but the phone in our room was not working so we had to go to to the front desk if we needed towels or garbage collection. Overall, for the price of this hotel, we did not feel comfortable. Between the dark creepy halls and lack of service, we ended up checking out 3 days early and finding a new hotel because of how uncomfortable we were.

Beautiful new hotel in a great location
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel a total of seven nights at the beginning and then again the last day of our visit to Tokyo. The rooms are large, perfectly accommodated and stylish. The team helping at reception, the restaurant and cleaning were friendly and helpful with a smile. This hotel is well situated at Ebisu in Shibuya, across from the subway station in a stylish part of the city with lots of restaurants, cafes and boutiques and nicely away from the bustle. Everything you need is is 5 minutes away. We especially appreciated the extra touches, like the combined washer/dryer in the bath and PJ’s provided with our room.

Pros:

La location est super a 10’min de Shibuya et du centre avec la Yamanote line. La lave linge dans la chambre est un vrai plus si votre sejour est long.

Cons:

Pour un 4 étoiles, je m’attendai un peu plus d’espace dans les chambres. Le petit déjeuner était correct mais un peu redondant si on reste plus que 3 jours.

Good location, everything one needs, small room.

Friendly staff and welcome. Everything was well organized and the location was perfect: Very close to Ebisu station.

Cons:

The room was smaller than expected. In fact, there was just enough space to get around the bed. Only one person could get into the double bed on the side as the other side was against the wall.
