Great base for exploring Tokyo with family
Pros:

Very close to Ebisu station and had a room that fit my family of 4 and our luggage. There was a washer/dryer in the room and free vanilla ice cream in the freezer.

Food tasted good.
Staff are very professional, awesome, and deliver great service.
One of the staff, Mimari, went above and beyond in assisting me to get my items that was at a dry cleaning store shipped to me in the U.S. because the store did not open on the day I was told to pick up my items. I haven’t received my items yet, but the cleaning company has reached out to me and are working on sending my items to me. So, thank you, Mimari, you’re awesome!

Fantastic stay
Pros:

Interior design, facilities and amenities are excellent. I love the ambience, the option of dimming the warm lights in the room without switching the entirety off. Love that multiple charging locations are available such as USB port by the headboard. Location is 5 minutes walk away from the JR and metro. It’s away from the crowd yet close enough to take you to Shibuya and Shinjuku.

Cons:

The placement of the trash bin is a bit odd, as it is by the bed. But it is the only corner that made it out of the way- for me to open my luggage (1 large) and walk around the room. Having multiple luggage may be a challenge in the room size. Hallway to rooms are dark - part of the sleek/luxury theme - which may be difficult for some who have night blindness.

Snug stay close to station

Cons:

The window sound insulation could have been much better, given this is a new construction and all - the street noise was strong
Not enough pins to hang two towels - kind of OK as we got new ones each day

Pros:

受付、レストラン共にスタッフのサービス、気遣いがよかった。
他のホテルには無いフレンドリー感がある。
部屋に洗濯機があるのは助かる。風呂が大きくまた広いので、ゆったり感があった。

Cons:

タクシー乗り場がないので少し不便。とはいっても道を渡ったところにはあるので、そんなに悪くはない。
