A great option for Tokyo. I would come back
Pros:

Location. Helpful Staff. Very clean. Slept like a baby there. Great showers. Loads of great and cheap restaurants nearby. Easy to move about by metro to hot spots.

Cons:

It would good to see more Japanese options for breakfast.

Nice hotel, good rooms, good locations. Absolute to be recommended.

didnt have the breakfast

there was some strange welcome coffeee offered as welcome drink. at a strange time when checking in with suitcases. Then after never got it.

Thoroughly enjoyed
Pros:

Amazing stay in a great location, 2 mins from Ebisu station. Yet quiet and relaxing. Very helpful staff, decent size room. The breakfast was excellent, loved the bar too. Amazing Sushi restaurant beneath the hotel too.
