Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sehr sauber und täglicher Service. Essen sehr gute Qualität.

We arrived early morning and our room was ready. We didn't have to check out until it was time for us to go to the airport. Free airport transfers - outstanding

Just one thing .....make the door into the bathroom non see through

Great location! Very close to the centre of town and very safe to walk around in daylight. Staff were helpful and welcoming, providing complimentary airport shuttle. WiFi was good. Room was spacious and spotless, and swimming pool was right outside our door! Loads of sun loungers and areas to sit outside. Breakfast was average, very slow at replenishing the food. No fitness centre available although advertised as a facility on the website!

Pros:

Just loved it here. Staff so cheerful and helpful. Spotlessly clean, good aircon, comfy bed. Good complimentary breakfast. The low light in the bathroom suited me, it's a great night! Good launch point for Safaris and river cruise. You can hear the falls roaring from the hotel, in early morning before there's any human activity.

Have never encountered such phenomenal hotel staff anywhere! Led by the amazingly efficient Vimbai, they couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect. I hope the hotel owners appreciate just how invested they are and what an asset they are to this establishment! Book all your activities through them - we did Chobe, Zambia trip and Sunset cruise - all highly recommended and transfers were flawless. It took all the stress out of planning. Lovely room and pool and great breakfast. We were very sad to leave!

Cons:

Splitting hairs here but the lighting in the bathroom was a little dim for our liking (perhaps a light around the mirror for shaving/makeup application?)

Pros:

Location was a short walk to the main strip yet secure and quiet. The property feels fresh and new. The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to assist you. It was my husbands birthday on the day we arrived and they had balloons and wine and treats as a surprise for him!! Free shuttle to and from airport and to Victoria Falls National Park. Peter even stopped by Pick and Pay on the way for us so we could buy some premade sandwiches and muffins for our day trip. They organised tours for us at prices cheaper than online. The breakfast was absolutely delicious - fresh fruit, pastries, yoghurts, breads and spreads, hot dishes like eggs bacon sausages potatoes tomatoes and of course boerewors. Lots of juices and fabulous coffee!! The dinner we had on our last night was superb. If you are travelling to Victoria Falls you MUST stay at Savanna68. We cannot recommend this accommodation more highly.

Flexibility with room made our stay top notch
Pros:

Hotel welcomed us despite us being early for check in and invited us to breakfast and assured us room would be ready early. They also kindly accommodated a late check out in line with our departing flight. This made our stay very comfortable. Quality of breakfast was fine with decent choices. Shuttle service to airport very handy but in addition, if staff were available they also dropped us at the Falls which saved us some time in walking.

Cons:

We heard loud music from our room at night but it stopped around 11pm.
