Top tier service.
Pros:

I loved everything about this place.

The service was top-tier. Front desk staff was very helpful and paid attention to detail to ensure my needs were met. Even my restaurant outings were booked by Tina in front desk and made my stay extra special. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, they adjusted my air conditioner so perfectly each day.

A great place to stay to see Victoria Falls
Pros:

Central location close to the main town and Victoria Falls entrance. Modern facilities clean and bright. Delightful staff were helpful. Book taxis gave recommendations found the best restaurants made my stay so easy.

Exceptional, good value for money and to be recommended
Pros:

Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was on time every day and the food was fresh. The shuttle service was very good and on time. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Only small niggle was that we were missing towels one evening when we returned from safari.

Fantastic! Recommendation worthy !
Pros:

Staff were super friendly and attentive. Breakfast was hot and delicious . Our kids are picky eaters, but they both found items to eat . If what they liked was missing from the buffet the chef quickly made it . The grounds was pristine and well manicured. The rooms were very clean , modern and comfortable. Our family will definitely stay here again !

I think there could have been a vegetarian protein options like vegetarian sausages or mince served at breakfast .

Très belle découverte
Pros:

L' accueil était très bien. Le personnel à l écoute , souriant, serviable. Le petit déjeuné était proposer sous deux formules suivant les jours : soit sous forme de buffet , soit sous forme de propositions sur une carte . L' hôtel est à proximité de Victoria falls nous avons pu nous y rendre à pied . La literie était bonne , l' eau filtrée mise a disposition gratutement dans le mini frig est très appréciable . La piscine était fraîche mais c'est est normal au vu de la saison . Le billard en extérieur un super moment convivial.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Small hotel with beautiful rooms looking onto pool area. The staff were very helpful organising taxis and day trips. Need to watch out for the monkeys, big surprise when one came into room took sugar sachets from table as sliding door slightly opened.

Clean, comfy and safe place with a great and caring staff
Pros:

The hotel and rooms are very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Quiet location, close to the falls. Felt very safe. The staff is amazing: my daughter was turning 15 and they prepared a nice surprise in the room with chocolates and balloons. They organized the transportation, fulfilled all requests and gave great recommendations on where to have lunch. Felt very welcomed and enjoyed our stay a lot. Recommend!!
