Cons:

1）周围六七百米没餐厅。 2）我们两间房，住了两晚。两晚两间房都遇到没有热水洗澡的情况。第一晚同伴晚上6点多洗有热水，我8点洗没热水；反映给前台说他们要重启热水系统，半小时后有热水，实际没有。第二晚我下午5点多洗澡，又没热水，去找前台说得到回复是电力短缺，我们住过这么多国家的上百个酒店，第一次遇到酒店两晚都是凉水洗澡的！而且每晚近250美元，非常不满意

Amazing staff.

Best place in Victoria Falls
Pros:

Small, lovely hotel with a very personal touch. Loved the location as it is on a walkable distance from the small city centre and the falls. Quite and relaxed. Clean and spacious rooms with all the necessary facilities. Nice pool and great breakfast.
Loved Vimbai who can help you arrange all the activities you need in Victoria Falls. She’s great. And loved the complimentary airport shuttle. No hassle at all. One of the best if not the best place in Vic Falls!

Pros:

Un hotel pequeño y excepcional. Nos quedamos durante 4 noches y la experiencia ha sido fantástica. Las habitaciones son amplias, camas cómodas y todo muy limpio. Vimbai y el resto del staff son encantadores y atentos con cada detalle. Desayuno buffet abundante y variado. Se puede ir desde allí caminando hasta el centro de Victoria falls y a las cataratas sin problema. El hotel se encarga de la gestión tanto de los traslados como de los taxis.

Cons:

Por decir algo, una poca más de luz en el baño estaría genial.

Staff very friendly and nice. Help organise taxis etc. Airport shuttle was useful. Good breakfast spread. Limited restaurant dinner options but what I had was tasty. Location known to most places in the area. Short ~5 min drive to falls. Rooms were good size and clean

Cons:

Room electricity and plumbing cut off multiple times during the stay. Whilst location is decent, not really central enough to walk comfortably

A truly fantastic stay
Pros:

Great hotel to stay in Vic Falls
Pros:

Staff were v friendly esp Vimbal on reception. Rooms were clean and water was amply provided. Appreciated the easy access to the swimming pool and the breakfast provided. Really made our stay in Vic Falls overall esp with the service provided by Vimbal in assisting with bookings and advice!

Highly recommended
Pros:

Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Private and quiet. Modern and very good facilities. Extra large beds. Towels changed daily. Swimming towel and insect repellent cream provided.

Cons:

A vanity light in the bathroom would have bern helpful.

Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Beautifully laid out. Clean rooms all around a lovely pool. Facilities well maintained and staff delightful. In a quiet area.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok but not exceptional. It was hot though. A reasonable walk to the centre but felt safe.
