Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Beautifully laid out. Clean rooms all around a lovely pool. Facilities well maintained and staff delightful. In a quiet area.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok but not exceptional. It was hot though. A reasonable walk to the centre but felt safe.

Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Private and quiet. Modern and very good facilities. Extra large beds. Towels changed daily. Swimming towel and insect repellent cream provided.

A fantastic and memorable stay at Savanna68.
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, every member of staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, friendliness, and genuine kindness. What stood out most was the sincere interest the staff took in us each day, always enquiring about how our day had been and making us feel truly welcome and valued.

We were especially touched by the effort made when the staff discovered it was my brother’s birthday. The thoughtful way in which the hotel went the extra mile to make the occasion special meant a great deal to our family and created wonderful memories for him.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with all of your staff throughout our stay. Their warmth, attentiveness, and dedication to excellent service reflect extremely highly on your hotel.

In addition, the rooms were immaculate and maintained to the highest standard, which added greatly to our comfort and enjoyment.

When you are sad to leave and miss the staff - you know you picked the right hotel
Pros:

The staff went out of their way to assist in any matter. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms where perfect. They collected us from the airport and ensured that we were back at the airport in time for our flight.

Pros:

As imagens do hotel correspondem à realidade. Está sempre tudo limpo e organizado. O hotel por não ser muito grande é super tranquilo e óptimo para relaxar. Os funcionários, tal como o Peter ou o Tino, são super atenciosos e simpáticos. O pequeno almoço também é bom. Jantar no hotel é uma excelente escolha mas tem de ser marcado com antecedência para que o chef prepare tudo de acordo com os nossos pedidos. O hotel está localizado a cerca de 15 minutos a pé das victoria falls.

Close to town, they work with a great team to get you transportation whenever you need it.

Cons:

They didn’t provide wash clothes and it would be great to have faster access to coffee (like a self serve) big pot at breakfast. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay!! Would definitely go back!

Don't Pass on this Lovely Little Place
Pros:

Office staff were very accommodating, answering questions, arranging outings, and caring for our needs. A small issue (TV didn't work) was handled immediately and with a smile. Everything was very clean and the sparkling pool was well tended. A tad further from the falls, the neighborhood felt safe and it was easy enough for our shuttles to fetch us.

Cons:

If I have to be picky, I would love to have had access to a customer operated coffee machine in the breakfast room. There ... that's all I got!

Amazing staff!
Pros:

The staff were absent amazing!
When they learnt that I only eat halal meat they went out of their way to facilitate.
