Pros:

Location is good, staff too

Cons:

One of the rooms was a walk-through room, which was a little uncomfortable. The breakfast didn't have much variety.

Perfect mountain retreat with lovely spa and kind staff
Pros:

Perfect, cozy, interesting, has all the amenities we needed. The spa, breakfast, and staff were perfect. The complex fits nicely into the mountain, so it feels refreshing and perfect for a mountain stay. Close to the center; had enough parking. It also had a large outdoor section for coffee and kids to play around.

Cons:

The spa does not work in the morning, so we could not go in for a morning spa time before breakfast. Spa opens after 11h, after check-out
