Pros:

Очень приятное расположение

Cons:

Откровенно наплевательское отношение отеля к гостям. В люксе стоит невыносимый гул генератора, не работает кондиционер, но это же не причина его не сдавать? Реакция персонала абсолютно невероятна, с каменным лицом молодой человек на ресепшене, если не ошибаюсь, Владислав, предложил, либо переехать в стандарт, либо съехать, ну, либо терпеть. Об извинениях, какой-то компенсации и речи не шло, даже на элементарную вежливость молодой человек не расщедрился.
Проблемы с регулировкой воды, о которых пишет каждый второй гость, отель решать явно не собирается, хотя и гордо сообщает в ответах на отзывы, что обязательно этот вопрос будет решен.

Точно стоит остановиться хотя бы один раз и составить собственное впечатление!

- локация
- стиль и интерьер
- приветливый персонал
- очень хороший сервис
- смогли заселить ранее, чем ожидали
- без проблем продлили номер, предоставили скидку за продление

Cons:

- маленький номер
- холодный пол в ванной комнате
- перепады воды в душе (сложно надолго поймать комфортную температуру - то обжигает, то холодная и не нагревается)
- шумная улица, с открытым окном слышно авто. «гуляния на площади» рядом (останавливались в отеле на Наурыз)

Hands down the most cozy and comfortable stay in Almaty
Pros:

Amazing design where every detail matters.

The staff goes way beyond regular hotel service; they are exceptionally caring.

Large, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast suitable for western tastes.

Cons:

Lack of conveniently placed power sockets.

The water temperature fluctuates constantly, making it difficult to enjoy a comfortable shower.

There is no elevator, and guest rooms start from the second floor. While the staff is happy to carry your luggage, this could be a real challenge for the elderly or those with limited mobility.

Отель олицетворение всех достоинств Казахстана, тематика выдержана превосходно. Наслаждение для глаз
Pros:

Прекрасный дизайн, великолепное оформление номеров и ресторана. Чистота и порядок, улыбчивы персонал. Шикарный ресторан, было очень вкусно.

Cons:

Кондиционер работал не стабильно, что в жаркие дни создавало дискомфорт. Завтрак неплохой, но хотелось бы его разнообразить.

Good choice!
Pros:

Good location. It's closed to nice cafes, shopping mall and restaurants. We walked to Kok Tobe by a minute. Nice staff, they're very helpful. Clean and well-decorated room. We love it!

Cons:

should have an elevator :)

So far the best hotel we stayed at in Almaty!
Pros:

Everything! Since we arrived the staff at the reception delivered a warm welcome! We truly felt like at home. The design is very authentic, there is a restaurant on the ground floor with the local cuisine. Our stay was very comfortable and we will for sure come again!

Pros:

Отель очень красивый, сочетание самобытности, культуры и современности! Прекрасные впечатления от всего:номер, гостеприимство, косметические принадлежности! Справляли День рождения и сначала выбрали ресторан в городе, но потом приехали в ресторан при отеле и это было лучшее решение. Как здесь многие упоминали, ресторан невероятный! Кухня и визуал реально превосходный! Спасибо за прекрасное и эстетично проведённое время!

Очень симпатичный отель с этническим уклоном. Номер был просторный и удобный. Персонал приветливый. Еда на завтрак вкусная. Ресторан очень хороший. Впечатления самые положительные.

Cons:

Мелкие замечания:
1. Вода долго нагревалась. Об этом, я так поняла, персонал знает.
2. Некоторый перебор с запахом ополаскивателя постельного белья.
3. Не помещало бы зеркало в полный рост в прихожей. В ванной зеркало большое, но не в полный рост, и это не так удобно.

Прекрасный номер в национальном стиле.
Вежливый персонал, Бахыт на ресепшен очень отзывчивый и всегда готов помочь, обслуживание на завтраке - всё на высшем уровне.
Чувствуется уникальность отеля.
Нам также разрешили ранний заезд в 5:30 утра с оплатой 50%.

Cons:

1) В час ночи не могли спать из-за звука дрели в отеле. Утром нам сказали, что чинили что-то на кухне.
У нас был ранний выезд и выспаться нам не удалось, несмотря на комфортный номер.
2) Вид из окна на парковку. У нас был номер junior suite.
