A cozy stay with great breakfast
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. Great attention to details.
Would recommend everyone to stay here!

Cons:

No elevator, but the staff helped with the luggage.

Классный бутик-отель с аутентичным интерьером
Pros:

Крутой бутик- отель в степном стиле
Интерьер - очень классный, все новое и современное
Очень вкусные завтраки, работают по заказу из меню, но подают блюда очень быстро. Кухня очень вкусная, хороший кофе
В номере помимо обычной воды, еще предоставляется специальная ароматизированная вода в классных бутылочках, вкусные гель для душа.

Второй раз не приеду
Pros:

Отличное расположение, очень дружелюбный персонал, всегда старается помочь, пойти навстречу. Номер аккуратный, чистый, хорошая косметика.

Cons:

Отвратительный завтрак. Совсем нет овощей. Выбор только по меню из нескольких вариантов. В яичницу не добавили третье яйцо, несмотря на просьбу. Шведской линии нет, только орехи, сухофрукты, сыр (2 вида), творог и сметана.
В номере розетки есть только у кровати, по одной с каждой стороны. Под столом розетки все заняты.
Прозрачная стена в санузел (матовая). Ночью освещается вся комната, спать невозможно.
Ресторан при гостинице неплохой, но есть другие более вкусные национальные рестораны.
При бронировании столика стремятся гостей отеля посадить на проходе или за маленький стол (всё равно ведь никуда не денутся).

Pros:

The mattress, duvet and pillows are the most comfortable.
The room is so beautifully designed.
The staff is so helpful and caring
The food is top notch. Breakfast & diner was amazing. Highly recommend the horse tartare.
All the goodies (bathrobes, shower gel, shampoo, body lotions, shaving kits etc) are very good.
The location is in the heart of a very beautiful streets with restaurants and coffee shops just next door. The metro is also 5 mins away by walk.

I hope I can come back next year.

Отель новый, уютный. Персонал очень профессиональный. Ресторан при отеле бесподобно вкусный. Блюда разнообразные, с национальным колоритом.

Cons:

Не во всех номерах отеля открываются окна, что не всем подходит, наверно, это огромное упущение руководства данного отеля. Думаю, что о таком надо указывать в описании номера, чтобы можно было выбрать нужный номер, а не оказываться в таком «по факту».
