В целом впечатление от отеля было хорошим, однако ситуация при выезде, к сожалению, полностью испортила отношение к сервису.

По личным обстоятельствам мне пришлось сократить проживание на одну ночь и выехать из отеля на день раньше. Я освободила номер вовремя, в стандартное время check-out, и заранее сообщила отелю о досрочном выезде. Несмотря на то, что номер фактически больше не использовался, отель отказался сделать какой-либо перерасчёт или вернуть стоимость неиспользованной ночи.

Я много путешествую и останавливаюсь в отелях разного уровня, и раньше в подобных ситуациях отели обычно старались найти решение для гостя. Поэтому здесь меня удивил не столько сам финансовый вопрос, сколько отсутствие какой-либо гибкости и клиентоориентированности.

Для меня отношение отеля к гостю особенно хорошо проявляется именно в нестандартных ситуациях. К сожалению, в данном случае сервис оставил очень неприятное впечатление, поэтому при следующей поездке я, скорее всего, выберу другой отель.

Vibey boutique hotel in the city!
Pros:

The place was tastefully decorated. If you want to have the nomadic vibe, you should definitely stay here. The breakfast was decent, you had a good spread and then order ala carte local dish or breakfast. The food in their restaurant was quite tasty too!

Cons:

There are no elevators and there were power outages that occurred during our stay. It wasn't very long but it happened 2x i think.

Уютный, красивый отель. Очень вежливый персонал. Отличное расположение. Вкусные завтраки (вы можете по меню выбрать 1 блюдо и небольшой шведский стол, где представлены сыр, творог, мед, печенья). Неплохой кальян. Но не за эту стоимость)
Еда в ресторане на любителя, но там атмосферно, заглянуть стоит)
Я вернусь обязательно!)

Интерьер - очень классный, все новое и современное
Очень вкусные завтраки, работают по заказу из меню, но подают блюда очень быстро. Кухня очень вкусная, хороший кофе
В номере помимо обычной воды, еще предоставляется специальная ароматизированная вода в классных бутылочках, вкусные гель для душа.
