Great Staff. You Get What You Pay For.
Pros:

It's very convenient to multiple locations around town. Great jumping point to the corners of Duval County.

Cons:

Changing rooms due to broken pipe behind the shower walls, and in our new room guests trying to access our room at 2am because the front office didn't update their system.

Good value and comfortable room
Pros:

The price was right and the room was large and comfortable.

Cons:

When I first arrived, it took a few minutes to realize that Suburban Studios was another name for this Rodeway Inn—because the sign I saw on the side of the building said Rodeway Inn in large letters, and Suburban Studios below them.
