Cons:

Location was a little far away and the parking situation was a little odd, needed to access a lock box for garage access between 11pm-7am, sensor lighting in hallways needs to be adjusted to come on quicker

Very positive! Unfortunate that having a shower disrupts so much the quality of the room.
Pros:

Very beautiful facilities, the room was comfortable and well equipped. And is located in a prime location without being in the city.

Cons:

The shower screen does not hold the water in the shower and it leaked all over the front area of the room. It took 3 shower towels to try and contain it. Definitely something that could be worth looking into if the shower setting is the same in other rooms.

Pros:

The premises were very new, and the room was compact but thoughtfully designed. The hotel is also close to the Adelaide Botanic Garden/Adelaide Zoo, and to North Adelaide, and in walking distance of Adelaide CBD (30 mins or so). You do have a to travel a bit for food though (aside from the lovely but very expensive fine dining restaurant downstairs which shares the building). Staff were very lovely. There’s also a modest gym on ground floor.

Cons:

The room had some plumbing issues/water leaking from the base of the tap and spilling over the counter/luggage rack. We also had some difficulty contacting the concierge on arrival (the booth is not always staffed).

Brand new reasonable price.

Cons:

No light over the mirror for my wife to put her makeup on. The room was very new and was missing a few standard features that I can not think of now besides the mirror.
