Pros:

The location is fantastic, and the entire front desk team was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Akureyri

Vorum á ferðalagi um landið og ákváðum að gista á Akureyri eina nótt til að hvílast sé mistókst.😩

Cons:

Lyklakerfi bilað,staðsetning herbergis ekki góð þ.e got a beint utan við glugga ekki hægt að draga frá og mykill hafnaði frá hæð fyrir ofan sem elli hætti fyffen um miðnætti og hófst aftur kl 0700 næst morgun.

Abbiamo alloggiato in un appartamento nuovissimo, dotato di ogni comodità, pulito e spazioso.
Abbiamo apprezzato anche gli spazi esterni.
Personale cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità.

Cons:

Mancava un po’ di attrezzatura per la cucina (probabilmente perché appartamento era davvero nuovo e ancora non del tutto arredato).

Nice hotel to stay over in Akureyri
Pros:

All in all great hotel but for this quality I would expect to have a manu at the breakfast. Great location, very nice design and rooms are clean and big enough. I would recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was good but just missing to order from the menu. Also I have received a room with broken shower and broken phone so I couldn't call the reception. When I wanted to get a shower at 22h I have noticed it was broken and it took about 1,5 hours to arrange another room for us. I would expect to receive some gesture as reimbursement but no initiative from the staff and just simple sorry. For this price and labeled by Hilton I would expect better treatment.

Pros:

mjög fín herbergi, góð rúm, flott hönnun, fínn bar og veitingastaður. Mjög góður morgunverður. Frítt bílastæði. Vingjarnlegt starfsfólk.

Cons:

eina sem vantaði bæði á barnum og veitingastaðnum var salt og pipar á borðin.
