Categories

Cleanliness
1
Multiple reviews explicitly mention pulizia, 'clean', 'ambient molto pulito' and praise overall cleanliness and room/bathroom hygiene.
Service
1
Staff and management described as 'direttore molto disponibile', 'personale molto cordiale', 'super disponibili' and communication is noted as rapida e precisa.
Location
1
Position repeatedly noted as 'posizione eccellente', 'centralissima', 'a pochi passi dal centro' and convenient for beach/center activities.
Room Quality
1
Rooms described as moderne and well furnished but there are repeated remarks about 'camera un pochino piccola', 'bagno troppo piccolo e scomodo' so room size/comfort is a consistent negative.
Amenities
1
Although some amenities (riscaldamento a pavimento, minibar/frigo) are present, guests note missing in-room services (absence of bollitore, 'manca qualche servizio in più in camera'), reducing the amenities score.
Value for Money
1
Mixed signals: one review calls price 'eccellente' but others cite missing services, small bathrooms and lack of in-house breakfast which negatively impact perceived value.
Food and Beverage
1
Breakfast offerings at a partnered bar are praised as excellent, but several guests dislike not being able to have breakfast in-house and this limits the F&B score.
Overall Experience
1
Many overall-positive headlines ('Meraviglioso', 'Perfetta', 'Semplicemente perfetto') and satisfied guests, tempered by consistent notes about room size and limited in-room amenities.

An exceptional place with an exceptional team !!! BOMA Prime Rooms turned our staying in Civitanova Marche into a stay w
Pros:

Absolutely everything! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome and immediately knew that we had chosen the perfect place to stay. BOMA Prime Rooms is not just a beautiful and modern accommodation – it is an experience.

The room was absolutely stunning: stylish, spotless, comfortable and beautifully designed down to the smallest detail. Everything felt exceptionally well maintained and of very high quality. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire room had such a warm, elegant and relaxing atmosphere.

But what truly makes BOMA Prime Rooms special is the people behind it. A huge thank you to the entire BOMA team – especially Antonio, Arcangelo and the cleaning staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, helpful and professional. You can genuinely feel how much care and passion goes into making guests feel comfortable. This level of hospitality is something you don’t experience everywhere. ❤️🙏

Cons:

Honestly, we struggled to find anything we didn’t like. Our only complaint is that we could not stay longer! 😄

Pros:
