Gute Lage nah an Metro/Tram/Bus
Gute Ausstattung mit großem Bett und Bad und kleiner Terrasse (Deluxe Zimmer)
Gute Erreichbarkeit via WhatsApp

Cons:

Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten beim Check-In, so dass wir nicht direkt reinkamen
Check-in um 15Uhr, aber Zimmer war erst gegen 16Uhr fertig (wurde gerade noch gereinigt als wir gegen 15:30Uhr ankamen)

It was clean . Very nice !

Cons:

No elevator, no staff . I did not expect that ! I’m sure it is listed that way . I did see the housekeeper. She was very nice ! I explained to her that I straightened a picture on the wall and it fell down . She was very helpful.

Very nice place
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable, with a small gym. Great access to public transportation. Great air-conditioning during the heat wave.

Cons:

An unexpected visit by cleaning staff while I was asleep. I wasn't aware there was housekeeping!

Schönes , sauberes, ruhiges Zimmer trotz Straßenseite.
Tolles Bad.
Schöner, luftiger Garten

Cons:

Jede Türöffnung musste jedes Mal per App- Button geöffnet werden, Türen fallen sofort wieder zu. Wenn man etwas transportieren muss, z.B. Kaffeetassen oder gar Gepäck...sehr umständlich und lästig.
Kein Aufzug bis in den hohen 3 Stock sehr ungünstig .

El apartamento esta realmente bien, muy cerca de transporte publico, metro y bus (Montgomery). Muy confortable, ojalá pueda volver

Sehr schönes Hotel ohne Personal vor Ort.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt günstig zur Metro und in einem schönen Umfeld. Gleich um die Ecke findet man Bistros und die Zimmer sind einigermaßen ruhig. Das Hotel ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet.
Die Online-Kommunikation mit dem Hotel klappte gut.

Cons:

Es gibt keinerlei Personal im Hotel und so war die Kaffeemaschine (2,50 Euro die Tasse) im Frühstücksraum defekt und niemand da, der helfen kann. Zudem kann man nur mit dem Smartphone die Türen aufschließen. Es gab keine Schlüsselkarten, was geringfügig nervig war. Das Zimmer war mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile ausgestattet, es gab aber keine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer.
