Pros:

O quarto é muito espaço e confortável. Viajamos em família com 4 pessoas, e ficamos muito bem instalados. A localização é ótima, perto da orla e do comércio. Há bons restaurantes na proximidade. Os funcionários são muitos atenciosos e honestos. Minha filha esqueceu uma bolsa com alguns pertences, o pessoal do hotel guardou para nós e conseguimos recuperar tudo sem nenhum problema.

Cons:

O ponto fraco é a falta de acessibilidade. Não tem elevador, e para pessoas com dificuldade mobilidade não é o local mais adequado .

Las instalaciones, el personal y la atención fueron increíbles. Tuvimos una emergencia médica y fueron totalmente comprensivos, estaremos eternamente agradecidas con el staff del hotel. 100% recomendado para alojarse en Punta Arenas
