Una situación empañó la experiencia, una empleada que no debería trabajar en lugares de turismo o atención al público. La falta de empatía y el no saber manejar situaciones con educación son imprescindibles. La verdad es que el señor que vende afuera las boletas supo manejarse muchísimo mejor. Se ve que la tintura roja del pelo le hace mal 😫

Good quiet location for centre of the City

Good location just off the centre of the City and close to the promenade. Very quiet . Very welcoming reception .

El hotel tiene estilo moderno muy bien ubicado a pasos del centro de la ciudad y de la costanera, yo me quede en una habitación Apart que tenia todo lo necesario para la estancia y para cocinar si fuera necesario, el desayuno lo dejan la tarde previa en el refrigerador, el tamaño de la habitación es cómoda y amplia la cama perfecta para mi gusto el baño amplio y moderno, los espacios comunes bien decorados y modernos el personal muy amable y diligente
las habitaciones tienen ingreso con clave lo que es practico para no tener que cargar llaves o tarjetas. Me parece que por el valor cumple lo que ofrece y la ubicación es inmejorable. Volveria a hospedarme allí

Cons:

La calefacción es por radiadores en la pared por lo que el piso no es radiante, quizá sea bueno tener una bajada de cama. El hotel no tiene ascensor por lo que debería considerarse si reservan adultos mayores o personas con menor movilidad. El desayuno era adecuado pero poco variado en los diferentes días.
La verdad son detalles, el resto todo ok
