Value for money
Pros:

Hotel was nice and clean and service was OK. The best part was that they have the shuttle service to Haram so going for prayers was convenient.

Cons:

nothing, value for money. It was not the best hotel but was clean and does the job.

Pros:

Much number of elivators.

Cons:

1. Hotel Crew was making lod voice and noises beside the room. Make it hard to sleep.
2. No specific timing for bus.
3. Buses stop by last day of Ramadan although we stay for more days.
4. No Coffe, Water Tea or Sugar avilable in room.

بشكل عام، كانت إقامتي متوسطة
Pros:

الفندق يتميز بالنظافة الى حد ما، والغرف واسعة ، كما أن طاقم العمل متعاون للغاية.

Cons:

الفرش بحاجة إلى تنظيف عميق بسبب وجود رائحة غبار، كما أن مراتب السرير صلبة جدًا وغير مريحة أثناء النوم والسعر كان مرتفع رغم بعد الفندق عن الحرم المكي.
