Amazing beach , but the facilities need major improvements.
Pros:

What I liked:

The beach is absolutely beautiful and one of the best parts of this place. Above all, I want to recognize the hotel staff. Everyone who assisted me was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They made my stay much easier and more enjoyable. Honestly, without them my experience would not have been good. I have no complaints about the staff at all—they were the best part of the hotel.

What I didn’t like:

Unfortunately, the facilities did not match the incredible location. The bed was extremely hard, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. On my first day, there was a broken water pipe, so I had to bathe using buckets of water, which was very unpleasant. In addition, the hotel does not have air conditioning, the shower has no hot water, and overall I feel that some basic guest comfort needs are not being met.

The breakfast was very basic, and I did not find the food to be of good quality. There was also loud noise coming from the business next door until late at night, and it could be clearly heard from the room, making it difficult to rest.

I truly believe that, considering the stunning location of this property and the amazing surroundings, the owners should invest more in improving the facilities and overall guest experience. With a few important improvements, this hotel could become an outstanding place to stay.

Poca seriedad con el servicio de la lancha 🚤 para el traslado ( no pudimos ir a la isla del Rosario), no había aire acondicionado.

Nettes Hotel, aber Isla Baru hat uns enttäuscht
Pros:

+ Marcela an der Rezeption und in der Küche war exzellent!
+ Leckere Cocktails!
+ Sehr nettes Personal
+ Hotel wird gerade renoviert, die Zimmer waren somit noch neu und hatten eine schöne Aussicht
+ Playa Planca hat sehr schönes Türkises Wasser!

Cons:

- Sehr harte Matratze
- Es gab keinen Wasserfilter, somit musste man Wasserflaschen kaufen
- Spärliches Frühstück, Wasser und Saft waren nicht inklusive
- Direkt neben dem Hotel ist eine Strandbar, die bis Mitternacht Musik spielt. Wir konnten trotz geschlossenem Fenster nicht schlafen. Wir durften dann das Zimmer wechseln, wo wir dann die Musik nur noch wenig gehört haben, aber dafür haben die ganze Nacht lang Hunde gebellt!
- Nur spärlicher Strandzugang. Auch sind keine Spaziergänge möglich, da die Hotels so dicht am Wasser gebaut sind

Cumple bien, pero podría ser mejor.
Pros:

Ubicación, frente a la playa, la tranquilidad. Las instalaciones buenas a pesar de no estar terminadas y el personal muy amable. Tiene potencial y podría mejorar mucho.

Cons:

Al ser un hotel nuevo, aún esta en construcción, por lo que las habitaciones no estaban terminadas al 100%. Se podría mejorar el desayuno, ofrecer más alternativas.

El mejor hotel en Barú
Pros:

Me encantó todo!!
La atención fue súper linda, siempre pendientes y con la mejor actitud. La comida estaba demasiado rica.

Lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados, es perfecto para desconectarse, el atardecer ahí fue de mis momentos favoritos. ¡Regresaré!

Bardzo pomocna obsługa. Przyjemny, mały hotel - z potencjałem. Smaczne jedzenie. Piękny widok z pokoju. Zadbana przestrzeń plażowa.

Ni una buena.
Cons:

El lugar esta ubicado al final. Tenes que llegar en ferry, costo aparte. O caminando (30min). No sale prácticamente agua. No tiene terminaciones del techo. (Cielo razo). Se ven todos los caños. Paredes de durlock (se escucha todo). Los colchones tienen bolsa de plástico. Llegas y las habitaciones no estan listas para la entrega. Te cobran recargo por pagar con tarjeta. Desayuno pésimo. Comida cara y no es rica. Hay muchas moscas. NO VOLVERÍA NUNCA
