Pros:

Very central location.

Cons:

Nothing complimentary: no tea or coffee, not a single bottle of water. Breakfast just passable, no fresh croissants, fresh fruit limited to apples and bananas, only boiled eggs. Some of the coffee mugs weren’t properly cleaned.
No stand to place your luggage.
We were sent to the last rooms of the long corridors (Booking guests?)
I’ve stayed in B&B hotels before, and I had a more positive view of the chain.
