Gostei muito do quarto, que estava muito limpo, e da localização maravilhosa, bem pertinho da praia. A recepção foi feita por um pessoal muito gente boa. É um bom hotel com custo-benefício ótimo,que cabe no bolso.

Cons:

Todas as vezes que eu ia tomar banho, o registro caía, desligando a luz e deixando a água gelada, além de tudo apagado. Precisei ir até a chave geral para resolver, tinha que sair molhada para poder acender a luz. Meu quarto era o 207. Esse é apenas um detalhe, nada que um bom profissional não consiga resolver.

Maceió é massa.
Pros:

A localização é muito boa, vai a pé pra muitos lugares, atendimento espetacular dos funcionários, café muito bom, cama boa.
Tudo muito limpo e organizado.

Nos hospedamos dia 02/04/2026 e no dia seguinte 03/04/2026 era o aniversário de 33 anos do meu marido, como sou turista e não conhecia nada na capital, pedi para a cozinha fazerem um pequeno bolinho para cantar os parabéns dele, me negaram, tudo muito burocrático, a recepção disse que precisava da autorização do gerente, que na vdd, nunca nem vi nos dias que ficamos aí. Detalhe: eu disse que pagaria o bolo.
