Der Besitzer hat uns 80% des bereits vollständig bezahlten Preises zurück erstattet.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Zimmer am Pool. An Privatsphäre war nicht zu denken! Es roch außerdem leider extrem nach Schimmel und Raumdeo. Wir baten um ein anderes Zimmer. Während das sehr zuvorkommende Personal bemüht war, eine Lösung zu finden, warteten wir auf unserer Terrasse. Zu unserem Entzetzen liefen zwei große Ratten über die Terrasse und wir entdeckten einen Rattenbau am Rand der Terrasse. Da man uns leider kein anderes Zimmer anbieten konnte verließen wir die Unterkunft nach 30 Minuten.

Its a scam. I was told the room is under maintenance on the day I arrive. Shouldnt they know in advance if any room to go under maintenance??? They just mismanage and overbooking and transfer us to other hotel.

Nice place to stay when in PP
Pros:

Great location, the pool was amazing and overall very comfortable.

Cons:

The AC was a bit older so it was doing weird noise sometimes. Also the overall facilities was a bit older that it seems on pictures but was still very nice.

Super Hotel in Phnom Penh
Pros:

Wir hatten 3 super Tage in dem Perfekten Hotel in Phnom Penh. Trotz das es inmitten der Stadt lag hat man hier nichts mitbekommen und konnte auch super am Pool relaxen. Ist man aus dem Hotel raus konnte man das geile Leben in Phnom Penh genießen. Gleich gegenüber war der suuper Park "Neak Banh Teuk Park

Und wenn man kleinere Probleme hat
"sprecht sofort mit dem Hotelmanager"
Glaubt mir. Dieser Mann ihr mehr als nur ein Manager. Er will das seine Gäste zufrieden sind.
Also überzeugt euch!! Ihr werdet es never ever bereuen.

Cons:

Uns fällt nichts gravierendes ein. Außer das mal die Fanta leer war. Es ein Frühstück grad mal nicht gab.

Pros:

Excellent location, great and comfortable room (junior suite), small fridge, good air conditioning. The staff was very friendly and there are food options (even if we’ve preferred street foods and the "Humus House"). The pool is great for cooling off after a hot day and the whole place has a great style and atmosphere to it.

Cons:

Nothing really, I would come back to this place.

Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

We booked a junior suite months in advance and on the day of arrival at 2.15pm, we were advised that our suite was no longer available and gave us two options:

1. Stay in the Deluxe Queen Room at our property and refund you 20$

2. We can assist in moving you to a nearby hotel (Jungle Addition Hotel) standard room.

We were not happy with either option as we booked the suite for the size and both options only offered a small room.

We were told that the Jungle Addition was a technical upgrade and an upscale hotel and chose this option and was given a comfort room.

The room was clean and comfortable but had no natural light making it feel dark, and like we were shoved in the corner,
definitely nothing like the suite we booked. It was not an upscale hotel and we left feeling disappointed.
