- Dirty and Stained bedspreads. We had to flag this to the staff who changed it just before bed.
- The bathroom wasn’t well equipped, and by that I mean not even a tumbler to store a tooth brush/tooth paste was present, no hand towels (only body towel) and no hand wash/ soap was provided next to the sink.
- No vegan/ vegetarian options for breakfast.
- The latch to lock the toilet was broken and no latch to lock it from outside, which meant that the person who’s side of the bed was next to the toilet had to sleep with an open door to the toilet.
- The AC did not function fully and it would take 20 minutes for the room to cool down.
- My biggest problem was the check out process. I went down at 7:00 to settle my bill and check out and no staff or receptionist seemed awake enough to attend to me. They did not have a card machine. Their QR code was broken and I couldn’t scan and pay. They did not even have change for a 100$ bill when I offered cash and they had to run around in the neighbourhood to find change while my cab was waiting. They asked me to do a bank transfer but the IBAN/ SWIFT CODE was in France and no address of the recipient was provided, so online bank transfer was also impossible. It was an extremely frustrating, time consuming experience.

- Manque un peu de modernité mais vu le tarif c’est cohérent.
- Pas la possibilité de payer par carte bancaire sauf si on nous l’avait dit au départ, on aurait pu anticiper.

The Air Condition wasn't good on the three bed room 8 (3rd floor). In addition, the air conditions were not on when we checked in and they didn't work well and had to be supplemented with a ceiling fan. After a day of travel and being hot, it is nice ot have a room ready for you. But the room we ended up for all four it worked after several hours and overnight. I was disappointed with Bookings forcing 2 parents and 2 young teenagers into 2 rooms, strictly for the sake of money. It was fine to have a 12 and 14 year old in the same room with parents, and that was a disappointment solely on Bookings and not the hotel. The other issue i have was the cost of breakfast and the quality of breakfast. $7 for breakfast but half that for dinner...and breakfast was not good. The croissants though were great. The last issue i had was that bookings stated credit card accepted, but they didn't accept credit cards. We did resolve it after I proved that bookings has credit card accepted. Overall this is an ok place for some travelers, but I don't think i would stay here again for the price.

Pulizia decisamente da rivedere, staff, a parte una eccezione, in difficoltà con l'inglese e la titolare non particolarmente cortese e accogliente, anzi, abbastanza scontrosa. Colazione (opzionale) scarsa e molto costosa.

Le seul bémol me concernant, l'oreiller pour dormir n'était pas très confortable.

Camere senza finestre, troppo vicine al paso della gente

Wir hatten das Zimmer am Pool. An Privatsphäre war nicht zu denken! Es roch außerdem leider extrem nach Schimmel und Raumdeo. Wir baten um ein anderes Zimmer. Während das sehr zuvorkommende Personal bemüht war, eine Lösung zu finden, warteten wir auf unserer Terrasse. Zu unserem Entzetzen liefen zwei große Ratten über die Terrasse und wir entdeckten einen Rattenbau am Rand der Terrasse. Da man uns leider kein anderes Zimmer anbieten konnte verließen wir die Unterkunft nach 30 Minuten.
