Pros:

Nice friendly atmosphere with attentive staff. Our room was right beside the pool - perfect. It beats staying in a high rise hotel with no vibe. US$168 for 3 nights - can't beat that!

Cons:

Fridge was not plugged in and not cold on arrival.

Ottima struttura vicino al centro
Pros:

Struttura accogliente e vicinissimo al palazzo reale. Lo staff è molto accogliente e gentile.

Camere fresche, mai acceso l’aria condizionata
Abbiamo avuto due piccoli problemini sulla prima camera ma ci è stata cambiata subito ed è andato tutto benissimo.

Fijn hotel met mooie kamers, heerlijk zwembad en een zalige oase van rust na een drukke dag in Phnom Penh 🌿
Pros:

Een fijn en sfeervol hotel in Phnom Penh. De kamers zijn mooi en comfortabel, het zwembad is heerlijk en ook de bar is een fijne plek om te ontspannen. Vooral na een drukke dag in de stad was het zalig om terug te komen in deze rustige oase. Echt een aangename plek om te verblijven! 🌿🏊‍♀️✨

Fraîchement ré ouvert, Samaya propose un lieu apaisant, bien placé avec une délicieuse cuisine Khmer (le natin de ouf) et Western (enfin de la vraie purée pleine de beurre) !
Le staff ne manquera pas de se plier en 4 pour vous satisfaire.
Une superbe adresse sur Phnom Penh.

Super petit hôtel accueillant et cozy
Pros:

Resté seulement une nuit de passage par la capitale, nous aurions aimé y rester. Les chambres sont agréables et bien décorées, piscine sympa, c'est cozy. Petit déjeuner "français" sympa :)
Hôtel super bien situé, proche palais royal et petite rue d excellents restaurants à 10 min à pied (ex : le houb Houb)

Perfect location, comfortable hotel, we enjoyed Phnom Penh so much more than we thought was possible
Pros:

Everything from the welcome onwards was just perfect. The open courtyard was pretty and the pool was great, deep and long enough to swim but also easy and safe to get in and out for families. The large, comfortable rooms, elegant en suite bathrooms were nicer than we expected, breakfasts were great too. The staff were friendly and helpful and David the Tuktuk driver was on standby outside, a lovely guy. Pierre's advice was really helpful and thoughtful, he went the extra mile with suggestions and advice. We had an issue with travel plans and had to change the booking dates and Samaya really helped with that too. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Pros:

Conveniently located. Polite staff.

Cons:

- Dirty and Stained bedspreads. We had to flag this to the staff who changed it just before bed.
- The bathroom wasn’t well equipped, and by that I mean not even a tumbler to store a tooth brush/tooth paste was present, no hand towels (only body towel) and no hand wash/ soap was provided next to the sink.
- No vegan/ vegetarian options for breakfast.
- The latch to lock the toilet was broken and no latch to lock it from outside, which meant that the person who’s side of the bed was next to the toilet had to sleep with an open door to the toilet.
- The AC did not function fully and it would take 20 minutes for the room to cool down.
- My biggest problem was the check out process. I went down at 7:00 to settle my bill and check out and no staff or receptionist seemed awake enough to attend to me. They did not have a card machine. Their QR code was broken and I couldn’t scan and pay. They did not even have change for a 100$ bill when I offered cash and they had to run around in the neighbourhood to find change while my cab was waiting. They asked me to do a bank transfer but the IBAN/ SWIFT CODE was in France and no address of the recipient was provided, so online bank transfer was also impossible. It was an extremely frustrating, time consuming experience.

Bon hôtel familiale si vous rester 3-4 jours
Pros:

- Bon emplacement, proche place de l’indépendance, pas loin de bassac lane

Cons:

- Manque un peu de modernité mais vu le tarif c’est cohérent.
- Pas la possibilité de payer par carte bancaire sauf si on nous l’avait dit au départ, on aurait pu anticiper.
