Pros:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.😊 Immer wieder gerne

very expensive hotel
...it is supposed to be perfect but
no water pressure in the shower!!!!!!
I went 3 consecutive days to complain to the reception specially in the evening
...!!!the answer was: It is intended !!.,this is the hotel s policy
!!!we protect the earth from wasting water
!!!I didnt believe
!!!we made shower at the spa

Alles was das Herz begeht, wenn es das Budget hergibt.
Pros:

Im Vergleich zu den meisten Hotels in Marienbad, sehr neu und modern.
Super schick und absolut sauber.

Cons:

30,- pro Nacht für den mitgereisten Hund empfand ich als nicht so schön, da das Hotel ohnehin schon im hochpreisigen Segment liegt.
Hier würde ich mir einen geringen, oder keinen Aufpreis wünschen.

Die Indoor-Pools waren ebenfalls sehr schick, allerdings recht kühl. Wir waren nicht lange dort, weil uns kalt war, aber das ist vermutlich Empfindungssache.

Nádherné ubytování, krásné pokoje, usměvavý personál, skvělé wellness, výborné snídaně, pohodlné postele.

Cons:

Doporučovala bych zlepšit čistotu, bylo pár drobností, co nás nemile překvapily a myslím, že v pětihvězdičkovém hotelu není na odpadky nastrkané v hotelových pantoflích nebo na špinavý koberec v pokoji místo.

Nový, krásný, hotel, musím ocenit opravdu nádherný pokoj. Na cestách využíváme vždy přednostně 5 hvězdičkové hotely a i ve srovnání se zahraničím byl tento výjimečný. Velmi milý a profesionální seniorní personál. Naprosto famózní snídaně.

Cons:

Hotel nemá dostatek míst ve vlastní garáži, řeší to částečně nedaleké veřejné garáže, ty už ale mají svá nejlepší léta za sebou. Trochu nešťastně řešený příjezd k hotelu, je potřeba to znát, Google navigace navádí špatně.
