Cons:

Ačkoliv jsme si objednali bezbariérový pokoj, nebyla opět k dispozici garáž. Víme, že jsme pobyt zarezervavali až v den příjezdu ráno, ale přesto si myslíme, že k bezbariérovému pokoji by garáž být k dispozici měla.
Navíc, velmi nás zamrzelo, že hosté přes Slevomat dostali při příjezdu na recepci lepší nabídku než my, což nás velmi mrzí, obzvláště, když jsme opakovaní hosté. Zjistili jsme tím, že je cenově daleko lepší si pobyt koupit přes Slevomat, což se nám velmi nelíbí.
Jsme z celého přístupu zklamaní a do hotelu již nikdy nepřijedeme.

Skvělý relax
Pros:

Měla jsem opravdu krásný a prostorný pokoj s kavovarem a minibarem. Oceňuji péřové polštáře a peřiny, spalo se v nich jako v obláčku. Na recepci byli všichni neuvěřitelně milí — kdykoli jsem něco potřebovala, ochotně poradili a pomohli.Vyzkoušela jsem posilovnu i spa. Bazény by mohly být o kousek teplejší, tak o dva stupně, aby byl relax úplně dokonalý. Jinak je hotel skvělý. Je hned vedle divadla, které určitě doporučuji navštívit. Snídaně byly bohaté a moc dobré, kavárna i restaurace stojí za to, hlavně na večeři. A rooftop bar? Nádherný výhled na město a výborné drinky.

Cons:

V pokoji mi chyběla pořádná skříň. Otevřené police možná vypadají hezky v katalogu, ale v praxi toho moc nepojmou a ne všechno chcete mít vystavené pro pokojskou. Jeden šuplík je pro dva lidi opravdu málo. V prostorné koupelně jsou jen dva háčky na ručníky, hned vedle sebe, takže ručníky špatně schnou — a místo na usušení plavek by se taky hodilo.

Hotel do kterého je radost se znova podívat.
Pros:

Hotel je opravdu nádherný a do detailu zařízený.
Krásné příjemné prostředí. A bazény úžasné!
Pan recepční Václav byl moc ochotný. A personál na snídani také.

Cons:

Na některém personálu by to chtělo ještě zapracovat. Třeba slečny na baru. Jak na terase tak v lobby.

das Frühstück war hervorragend, die Lage des Hotels perfekt. Das Spa und unser Zimmer (upgrade) waren hervorragend.

Cons:

fast nichts...lediglich die Barpreise hätten etwas niedriger sein können. Wir waren schließlich in Marienbad und nicht in Manhattan.
