Habitación muy pequeña y muy caro

La ubicación es buena, céntrico pero sin ruido, en pleno casco antiguo de Gouda, con muchas tiendas y restaurantes cerca. Tiene una terracita muy maja, para tomar un café

Cons:

La habitación en muy pequeña, apenas se puede pasar hasta el baño. La ducha no se sujeta en el soporte, la ducha es enana, las cortinitas de la ducha no evitan que se salga el agua, haría falta poner una mampara en lugar de estas cortinillas. Solo tiene enchufes en un lado de la cama.

The hotel location is great, just in the old town city centre.

Cons:

The reception was poor. I've been asked to check-in digitally and that was okay. The app released an electronic key to save in the phone wallet. Once in front of the door the electronic key was not working. I chatted with the personnel on booking chat and they couldn't fix the problem. I met another customer who told me to go to another hotel to get a physical key. I went where he told me and the receptionist was helpful and produced a physical key that worked. The inconvenience took me 30 minutes (we were on a bike trip and needed a shower as soon as possible). At that point I wrote in the chat that I solved the problem otherwise (and without their help) and they said that was fine. Usually when you create such an inconvenience and the customer solves it by himself, an elegant landlord "offers a drink" to excuse.

The check-in process was a little confusing. I had to assist another older couple how to access the digital key. The message re the physical key pickup was inside the property so not accessible to someone who couldn’t get in.

Die Lage war herrlich zentral und wir haben es genossen im Hof eine Tasse Tee zu trinken. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit dem Check-in hat alles funktioniert.

Cons:

Leider hat die es nicht geklappt, einen zweiten Schlüssel auf die andere Telefonnummer zu buchen. Aber für eine Nacht hat es mit dem einen Schlüssel auch sehr gut funktioniert.
