Cleanliness
1
Mixed reports: some guests said rooms and common areas were very clean and organized, but others reported very humid, poorly kept bathrooms and a 'terrible' bathroom; inconsistent cleanliness.
Service
1
Generally friendly and helpful reception and staff in several reviews (helpful with early arrival, luggage storage), but at least one report of rude/unhelpful staff (specific complaint about an employee).
Location
1
Consistently praised: very good/excellent location, close to everything and convenient for guests.
Room Quality
1
Multiple complaints about very small rooms, humid conditions, awkward shower placement, and uncomfortable beds; rooms do not meet expectations for comfort.
Amenities
1
Limited amenities: no kitchen, basic microwave/coffee maker behind desk; reports of no internet, water outages and occasional power issues reduce amenity reliability.
Value for Money
1
Mixed: some guests praised good price-to-offer ratio, others felt the price was too high for what was provided; overall slightly negative balance.
Food and Beverage
1
Very limited F&B offerings; coffee service criticized for poor taste, no real dining options.
Overall Experience
1
Polarized experiences: many guests felt comfortable, safe and enjoyed their stay (friendly staff, location, cleanliness for some), while others had serious issues (water/power outages, poor room quality). Aggregate leans positive due to repeated praise for location and helpful staff.

Comodidad por el precio justo
Pros:

Cons:

Trying to scam additional 30k cop saying the revelation is for 1 person and not 2 even tho I showed email and proof it is for 2 people and the room with 2 people in booking.com are same price. even tho it is not a lot of money but made the check in process extremely complicated, not pleasant
