Very clean and luxurious .Great staff especially Ms Dina Sanad ,She was a master in customer relations .Appreciate her efforts and care .

Absolutely fantastic and the staff are delightful!
Pros:

Love the staff, the architecture, the food and drink offering, the swimming pool and also love the hotel’s proximity to Arkan and also to the GEM and Pyramids..

Cons:

Our WiFi was weak in our hotel room and remained so despite staff attempting to resolve the issue, hopefully it will be improved upon as I would like to be able to continue working online when visiting.

It was one of the most wonderful times I spent in Cairo.
Pros:

This hotel was built using the latest modern technologies, and with an architectural design that surpassed all expectations.

I would also like to thank the hotel's general manager, who does not hesitate to support everything related to the quality of services and amenities.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff, comfortable rooms, and a great location. Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby nightclub is a major drawback and can make it difficult to get a good night’s sleep, particularly on weekends. In addition, Uber and other ride-hailing services cannot easily reach the hotel entrance, so guests often have to walk outside the property to meet their driver. These issues detract from what would otherwise be an excellent hotel experience.
