Review Highlights

Pros:
Excellent, attentive staff (named staff praised)
Outstanding restaurants and breakfast
Clean hotel and attractive public spaces/art
Spacious, comfortable rooms and beds
Well-equipped spa, pool and gym
Cons:
High prices for food, spa and hotel services (poor value)
Location often described as far from attractions; some rooms noisy due to nearby casino
Slow room service in one report; in-room coffee machine cleanliness concern

Categories

Cleanliness
1
Multiple guests explicitly mention the hotel and public areas as very clean (Arabic 'نظيف', positive remarks); one review noted an unclean coffee machine in-room as a minor issue, but overall cleanliness is praised.
Service
1
Repeated strong praise for staff (named reception staff, rave comments in Arabic and other languages), described as attentive, helpful and friendly — standout positive in many reviews.
Location
1
Several explicit complaints that the hotel is 'very far from everything' or 'too far from the city's busy activities'; one review cited proximity to a shopping square but noise from the opposite casino and distance to attractions make location a clear negative for many guests.
Room Quality
1
Guests mention large, comfortable rooms and good beds; one guest had a room adjusted to suit their needs. Some noise/window-insulation issues noted for rooms facing the street/casino, but room quality is generally positive.
Amenities
1
Amenities like spa, heated pool, gym, sauna/steam and jacuzzi are described positively and the public spaces/art are praised; a few guests did not use the SPA or noted high prices for hotel services.
Value for Money
1
Multiple explicit complaints about high prices for hotel services (food, spa, general services) and perceptions that in-house services are expensive — clear negative sentiment on value.
Food and Beverage
1
Restaurants and breakfasts receive repeated positive mentions ('fabulous restaurants', 'formidable breakfast', 'ristoranti eccellenti'); a single mention of 'Food' as a con appears, but overall F&B sentiment is positive.
Overall Experience
1
Mixed-but-notable overall: many glowing headlines ('Fabulous stay', 'Excellent', 'A Palace for real') and strong service/F&B/cleanliness praise are tempered by significant negatives on location and value, yielding a net neutral overall score.
