The staff, specially Manager Viraj, was excellent
In their care and attention during our one night stay. The early morning airport pick up was punctual and comfortable.
We were in a room on the ground floor. The staff activity in getting their day started could be heard very clearly . Would have preferred a room away from the noise.

We booked 2 rooms there beds were very comfy , rooms and toilets were clean and elevator is also available that is plus point . Staff was very helpful and nice.
No breakfast option available but you can order food anytime through uber eats app.
The retreat is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with numerous food joints at walkable distances, the resort offers a personal chef too.
Absolutely loved the standard of the room(mini fridge,A/C , fan , private bathroom,comfy bed

A great safe place especially for solo female travellers.jerill John spoke v good English and was extremely kind and welcoming.i thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.great location with houses of doctors engineers all around.posh locality in columbo where educated people reside.close to everything.pettah market around 2km from here.same as Galle road and one face galle mall
The washroom had a bad odour.
The Muslim shower had a wild strong pressure which resulted in splashing water all over.also v sensitive to the body parts.so this needs urgent attention.deep cleaning with antibacterial solutions to line the bathroom walls and toilets is important
We checked in at 6:00 PM and checked out the same day. While the property was clean, the room heater did not work, which was a major issue and significantly impacted our stay. This needs to be addressed to improve the guest experience.
