Positively surprised! Definitely recommend!
Pros:

Everything was very good. 2-3 days before we arrived, I received very detailed information from the host about the place and how to enter the building and the room. The property has a FREE PARKING right next to the entrance, which was a very big plus for us. When we checked in, the atmosphere was amazing, smelling candles and relaxing music, which made a very good first impression. The room was clean (which doesn’t happen very often lately with properties), the bed and the pillows were very comfortable, the sheets and the towels were actually smelling clean and nice. The room had its own kitchen with everything necessary to have a meal and even to cook. The balcony view was amazing as well. Everything was on point and it was definitely worth the price!

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the very thin walls, you could hear everything happening in your bathroom, also we could hear the people in the rooms next to ours. In one of the rooms a person was having a loud conversation, which we could clearly understand, and in the other room, the were having a lot of fun (if you know what I mean) in the middle of the night :)

Бих се възползвал пак, но ще зависи от целта на посещението ми. Ако е по работа - става.
Pros:

Местоположението е приемливо, малко по-отдалечено от центъра(ако човек иска да ходи пеша). Не е синя/зелена зона и се паркира спокойно.

Cons:

Имаше само 1 кърпа и 1 хавлия(а ние бяхме двамата със съпругата?!? Леглото беше прекалено високо. Цифровият дисплей (с градусите) на климатика светеше доста силно и нощем това определено дразни и пречи... Наложи се да го скриваме с непрозрачна лепенка.
