Quiet! I had to move from another hotel in the old quarter, due to noise. Comfy bed. Excellent cleaning crew. Friendly front desk.

Het hotel was schoon, de ligging is perfect dichtbij het treinstation. Wij hebben er gebruik van gemaakt na de nachttrein om even een ochtend bij te slapen. Het ontbijt is erg netjes en erg vriendelijke mensen. De kamer is erg schoon, netjes en fijne bedden!.

The bed was perfectly soft and our room at the back unexpectedly quiet - we slept in !
I think perhaps the bathroom was getting close to a touch up / renovation. Still clean and fully functional, just looking a bit tired.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of choices that suited my taste. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. I especially appreciated their assistance with carrying my luggage, storing my belongings, and helping during the check-out process. Their excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
Very friendly, very good location to be close to everything but avoid the noise of full center
Very comfortable beds, good breakfast. Can't find better for this price. We even got a box of very good local sweets when we left. Definitely would come back.

We had a fantastic stay at Sora hotel in Hanoi! The bed was incredibly comfortable, with clean, fresh-smelling sheets. The bathroom was spotless and spacious, just what we needed. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Cathy, who ensured everything was well-prepared. And let's not forget Duck - funny name, but a lovely person! Thanks to the entire team for their assistance.
