Everything was perfect! The beds were huge and the room was spacious so we were able to open 3 huge bags and 3 carry ons on the ground with ease. We even had an issue with the AC and in less than 1 minute someone was in the room fixing the issue. The breakfast was also really good, the beef pho was the best welcome to Vietnam. We went around Vietnam for a few days and we had one final night to stay in Hanoi and we chose the same hotel again due to our amazing stay. I really recommend!
Very helpful staff, breakfast buffet in the morning, comfortable bed and the facilities were good.
It’s in a quieter part of the city so it’s a break from the hectic central part but 15/20 minute walk from the main streets. The staff went above and beyond for guests though
The bath tub area of the bathroom could do with being updated as it’s run down and looks grubby. The room we were in was also fairly noisy with the stairs being next too it and being able to hear people on the lobby area outside the room.

The room was good sized , the bed was a bit uncomfortable. But the hotel as a whole was great for the price and budget plus location was easy access to go around.

Good location
The hotel was very dirty. There was hair everywhere-on the floor, in the bathtub, and even in our food. The walls and floors were dirty, the fridge seal was filthy, and the bathroom was heavily covered in limescale and looked unfinished. The drain was disgusting. The hotel also looked nothing like the photos. The breakfast was different from what was shown in the pictures, and unfortunately, we got sick after eating it.
Great location in Hanoi, walkable to many local cafes and eateries, and easy pickup from hotel door for day trips etc. The breakfast was pretty good.
The bathroom was pretty dated and quite narrow so something to be mindful of. I had nosy neighbours but once I asked them be quiet it was no problem (ear plugs also helped).
Room was very clean and quiet, and staff was friendly and professional and took wonderful care for me while staying. Breakfast was also very good.

Great room, clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating. Duck took the time to check with all the staff when I mentioned I had lost a charger and even offered to help coordinate with other Hotels on my behalf to help search. Would stay here again!
Me gustó la amabilidad del personal. Fueron todos muy atentos pero en especial Duck, nos ayudó mucho con algunas consultas que le hicimos y fue muy atento y amable.
