Pros:

The location is fare.. buss stop down not far.. but when coming back tired.. its little hard to walk up to the hotel.. some nice parks around the area.. mall.. supermarket

No balcony..
room too much tight to move in it because of kitchenette.. tv hanged low on the wall so you have to watch for your head.. or will have a bad scar

The bathroom shower sink was not draining water and all the bathroom floor comes like a pool.. because they didn’t clean the water drain for long time or never did

Отличный отель!
Pros:

Отличный отель! Здесь очень уютно и есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Я останавливаюсь здесь уже во второй раз. Особенно мне нравится французский балкон. С удовольствием рекомендую этот отель всем!

Perfect place for staying in Yerevan!
Pros:

Excellent Hotel! Beautiful interior, comfortable room with everything what is needed for comfort staying, and amazing administrators working there Ivetta and Susanna, who were very helpful if any support in any questions were required! In this hotel we felt ourselves as at home. Location also good, Mega mall is very close to the hotel.

Cons:

Nothing! I enjoyed every day.

Очень уютный и чистый номер с класнной кроватью - спала, как на облачке :). Удобные кухня и санузел со всем необходимым. Персонал выше всяких похвал. Идеальное место для отдыха.

Pros:

Camera con tutto il necessario, parcheggio esterno in strada

Cons:

La doccia è aperta
Cuscino un po’ piccoli
Il balcone della stanza in realtà è una semplice finestra sulla strada
Per andare in centro occorre avere la macchina
