Pros:

地點距離池袋站走路約10分鐘，周圍有便利商店和各式餐廳，算是很方便的位置

Cons:

店家提供的地址是隔壁的民房，一不注意可能會變成不速之客...

とても良かったので東京に来る時はまた泊まりたいです！
Pros:

洗濯機と浴室乾燥が付いてたので、連泊するのに凄く助かりました！
お部屋も建物も綺麗で安心して泊まれました！

Cons:

連泊の場合はトイレットペーパーの予備をもう少し置いてくれてたら安心です。
エレベーターがないので重たい荷物を運ぶのが少し大変でした。

Great convienient location!
Pros:

概ね良い
Pros:

キッチンがあり、食器とお鍋も揃ってて、食材買って料理出来て良かった。ドラム式ではないが洗濯機があり浴室乾燥機もついていたので、急遽泊まる事になり大変便利だった。

Cons:

テレビあったけど、アンテナが繋がってなくて地上波のテレビが見れなかった。
お風呂も洗い場付きで独立してるが、風呂椅子や風呂桶がない。
ベッドがシングルでも小さめかも。
４階の部屋だったが、エレベーターなくて階段も狭い。

Decent stay
Pros:

Twin beds were comfortable, decently clean, location not too far from station. Good facilities like stove and washing machine

Had a great time except that Google maps failed constantly when searching for restaurants, not the.
Pros:

The location and price were excellent. Too many stairs for my wife. The train station was easily reached except if you have large luggage, we used a cab when we left. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and within 20 minutes walking. Minamiikebukuro is a great calm and quiet. You can access all of Tokyo, surrounding area and the coast easily from Ikebukuro Station. I would stay at Viento again because of the price and location.

It was as advertised. Didn't know about the stairs....
