短暫停留一天，住宿提供了所有需要的協助，包括彈性提早入住以及寄放行李等服務。
Pros:

住宿地點在火車站附近，可以走路抵達。有電梯、冷氣，接待人員非常熱情，給予電郵，會主動提供交通卡(但我們已買城市卡所以未領用)。

Cons:

三人房空間及桌子仍偏小，冷氣機不能自己控制，熱水壺故障無法使用。

Hervorragendes Hotel mit idealer Lage
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich.
Unsere Fragen wurden alle beantwortet.
Es gab einen großen Spiegel im Zimmer.

Cons:

Ein Kühlschrank / Minibar im Zimmer und Insektenschutz am Fenster wären wünschenswert. Und eine kleine Nachttischlampe wäre toll.

​L'unica nota positiva è stata la posizione ed il ragazzo della reception, che quelle poche volte che c'era (quasi mai) si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile. Per il resto, un'esperienza terribile e da non ripetere.

​Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura per la totale disorganizzazione e la mancanza di rispetto verso gli ospiti. Al nostro arrivo, alle 12:30, la reception era chiusa e siamo rimasti fuori dal portone, riuscendo ad accedere alla hall solo grazie al rientro di altri ospiti dopo mezz'ora. Abbiamo poi atteso due ore prima che l'addetta alle pulizie (e non lo staff della reception) ci consegnasse le chiavi.
​La camera assegnata presentava un fortissimo e irrespirabile odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno. Al check-in, verso le 15:00, abbiamo subito segnalato il problema, ma siamo stati costretti ad attendere un'ulteriore ora e mezza per l'arrivo della manager (così veniva chiamata). Nonostante sapesse che eravamo lì ad aspettare, è arrivata con molta calma e ha minimizzato il problema, assicurandoci che l'odore fosse dovuto ai detergenti e che sarebbe svanito a breve. Purtroppo si è trattato solo di una scusa per prendere tempo: al nostro rientro in serata la situazione era identica. Non abbiamo potuto protestare ulteriormente poiché la reception è rimasta chiusa sia la sera sia le due mattine successive. Nota di demerito aggiuntiva: in stanza non era presente nemmeno un mini-frigo. Esperienza terribile e da non ripetere...

Chambre et lits confortables, accès à l’hôtel et chambre limité si plusieurs personnes partagent la chambre (1 seule clé

Lits très confortables, situé à 5 minutes de la gare de trains.

Cons:

Une seule clé est donnée par chambre, même pour les chambres de 4 personnes. Personnel rarement présent à la réception de l’hôtel et clé requise pour entrer dans l’hôtel (devrait être spécifié sur le site ou avoir du personnel sur place pour ouvrir la porte).
Hôtel sans air climatisé, mais ventilateurs portatifs fournis, mais rue passante donc un peu bruyant.

Très bien reçues!
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, la proximité des transports et de la gare, la propreté.

Cons:

Il fait très chaud dans les chambres. Impossible d’aéré car la fenêtre ne s’ouvrait pas beaucoup. Pas de bouilloire.
