Estancia buena, pero podría mejorar
Pros:

El personal es muy amable y nos recibieron muy bien, las camas muy cómodas

Cons:

El espacio es muy reducido para más de dos personas, las toallas que nos pusieron estaban rotas y falta poner en los cuartos algunas amenidades

Za nás nejhezčí hotel v Mexiku, a to jsme jich vystřídali hodně. Cena a kvalita naprosto vyjímečná. Krásný čistý a moderní hotel. Na snídani možnost výběru ze 4 nabídek (vejce na více způsobů s fazolkami a tortilovými chipsy), káva a džus. Milý personál. Skvělá poloha.

Vale a pena, mas deixou a desejar.
Pros:

O hotel é uma graça, os funcionários são gentilíssimos e atenciosos. Fica bem localizado e muito limpo.

Cons:

O café da manhã começa super tarde (às 8h) e te dá poucas opções (sempre com ovos - frito, mexido, omelete… - ou panqueca; você escolhe e se quiser além, paga. Não há frutas, pão ou um suco no cardápio “gratuito”. Se quiser sair cedo para uma visita mais distante, compre algo no dia anterior para comer, não espere pelo café pq o calor pode prejudicar o passeio.
A parte de hotelaria precisa ser urgentemente refeita. As toalhas de banho estão finas e puídas (a do meu filho tinha um furo/rasgo tão grande que atravessava a mão dele), não há toalha de rosto e os lençóis estão igualmente gastos. Travesseiros também precisam melhorar. A água do banho demorava horrores pra esquentar e sentimos muito a falta de um frigobar no quarto. Com o calor que faz em Yucatán, ter água gelada é sempre bom. Deixamos à noite umas garrafinhas na geladeira do hotel, gentilmente guardadas pelo funcionário, mas no dia seguinte não estavam mais lá. Ficamos sem a água gelada para começar o dia… :(
Por fim, a internet não é boa. Caía regularmente e muitas vezes enviava apenas texto, sem baixar imagem ou mesmo um e-mail.

Excelente hotel y personal super amable!
Pros:

El hotel es precioso, el personal es muy amable y siempre están atentos de la que necesitas, las habitaciones estan lindas y con todo lo necesario, las camas son muy cómodas. El dedayuno que sirven que va incluido es suficiente y rico y el cafe aun mas rico. En general, si volvería, me gustó mucho.

Cons:

El unico detalle, son los mosquitos 🤭, fue que si había muchos cuando entramos, quizas por que nuestra habitación esta junto al pequeño jardin. Pero lo solucionamos.
