Pros:

La amabilidad del staff, el lugar, el cuarto muy bien decorado y la ubicación

Cons:

La cantidad de mosquitos. Creo que sería algo bueno tener un poco de repelente para los huéspedes.

Aunque la comida del desayuno esta muy rica, la temperatura de los platillos no fue la adecuada todos los díaa. Deberían considerar tener una salamandra para calentarlos o tener platos calientes

Leuk hotel met goede kamers en bedden gelegen aan een heel leuk binnenplaatsje.
Personeel, waaronder Fatima, was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Ideal para estancias cortas o una sola persona.
Pros:

Excelente cama, una regadera espaciosa y un lindo lugar con vegetación. El desayuno es rico y casero. Muy bien ubicado.

Cons:

La habitación es pequeña y no hay mucho lugar para acomodarse es más bien para estancias cortas. Y solo cuenta con dos espacios de estacionamiento. La alberca es pequeña.

Pros:

La camera e’ bella ed ampia. Cosi’ come la struttura. A 15/20 minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale. Si parcheggia facilmente l’auto anche per strada.

Cons:

Da rivedere assolutamente la colazione. Per nulla all’altezza della struttura.

Hotel moderno e accogliente
Pros:

Struttura moderna, arredata con molto gusto e situata in una posizione abbastanza centrale. Staff davvero gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Buona colazione. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole.

Cons:

Le camere sono un po’ piccole, soprattutto considerando una sistemazione per tre persone, e alcune presentano problemi di manutenzione e umidità. La piscina è carina, ma decisamente piccola.

Pros:

Personnel très agréable, hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, plutôt bien situé et calme quand les clients d'à côté ne passent pas leurs appels téléphoniques devant votre porte de chambre. La literie est très confortable.

Cons:

Chambre relativement petite, il devient difficile de s'y déplacer quand les valises ne sont pas sur le lit même si elles sont fermées. Les valises de taille moyenne logent sous le meuble mais pas les grandes.
L'hôtel ne compte qu'une dizaine de chambres mais que 4 tables pour le petit déjeuner. Il ne faut donc pas que tout le monde s'y trouve en même temps.
Nous étions 4 personnes pour 3 nuits et nous n'avions que 3 serviettes à notre arrivée. Nous l'avons signalé le lendemain matin et avons eu 4 serviettes à notre retour de visite, mais le jour suivant nous n'en avions encore que 3...

Tranquilo y cómodo
Pros:

Lugar muy cerca de algunos puntos turísticos, igual el personal muy amable. Nos realizaron un upgrade de habitación y estaba super bonita, cómoda y con todo lo necesario

La posizione è comoda, l’ingresso molto carino.
La colazione a la carte abbastanza varia
Le camere ampie

Cons:

La pulizia era a dir poco sommaria, la doccia era piena di calcare e il pavimento non lo definirei lavato di recente.
Andrebbe in generale tenuto meglio, noi avevamo la porta a vetri di ingresso rotta in un punto, le pareti tutte grattate.
Insomma non vale il prezzo ma neanche l’indicazione delle 5 stelle che non so proprio a cosa si possano riferire.

Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter à pieds, le personnel est agréable et très serviable! On nous a conseillé le musée de la gastronomie pour déjeuner des plats typique de Yucatan et ça été une belle découverte culinaire.
