This hotel is an issue. We had this big Albânian auto tour from Tirana to south, stoping in every touristic village, from Vlōre to ksamil, with One or two day hotel stays in Dhermi, Himare, Sandare and finally ksamil, all 4* hotels nice throughout Albânia, but this supposedly 4* ENAD was by far the worst hotel. We got a ground floor Room with no Windows with a door to a back scrapyard. The Room area was very small, there were no stools or benches to place our bags. WC had no towel racks, there were no shower floor towels,after shower you d get 2cm flood in bathroom. TV not working. Air conditiniong noisy.We complained this was not a 4* roon and asked for another room, even with a payment upgrade and they just simply didnt care, stuburn and rude. He had booked two nights, the first we arrived later and had no eay than to stay there, but second night we had to find another hotel and they didnt refund us. So, my opinion, these guys practise over Booking and send you to the cleanning team rooms. They have some nerve. Breakfast with no variety, coffee awful

Really nice people, a beautiful clean hotel with a great location, 5-10 mins to the beach. Breakfast is limited, can be improved but ok for a few days. Also, I would add in the room a few things: some glasses, a phone for reception and more toiletries. Not a must, but would improve the experience a lot!

The hotel is perfectly situated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool and sun loungers are lovely and everything is immaculate.
The staff are super friendly and helpful and made us feel really welcome.
The restaurant is really handy and serves some of the nicest and best value food and cocktails in Ksamil.
Would definitely recommend!

tutto bellissimo staff super accogliente e sempre pronto ad aiutarti, stanza bellissima e super pulita, la posizione è ottima praticamente a 2 minuti dal lido poda inoltre di fronte c’è un tabacchino che vende cibo, snacks e sigarette 24/7, la piscina bellissima temperatura dell’acqua perfetta, nulla da dire tutto perfetto
