Расположение.
Матрац с топпером - супер!
Завтрак - компактный, быстрый.
В целом соответствует цена-качество!
Документы предоставили быстро для ТОО !

Cons:

В душе - стыки замазаны неприятным цветом силиконом, что приносит неприятное ощущение. Краны очень сложно понять - в какую сторону открывать, чтобы подобрать нужную температуру!
Раковина - интересной формы, н не практичная, брызги на себя летят.
Дверь входная - неплотная, имеются зазоры большие, что создает неудобства в номере со звуком.
Воду не принесли на второй день.
Телевизор - висит криво, что некомфортно для просмотра.

Despite the staff trying their best, it is difficult to communicate with them. We had to ask for an additional set of towels more than once. There is hot water but you need to wait a few minutes before getting it.

Pros:

Новая мебель и бытовая техника, свежий ремонт. В целом в номерах достаточно чисто, пыль только в труднодоступных местах.

Cons:

-1 балл: белье и полотенца стираные, но одно было полностью жёлтое и на каждой веще много больших въевшихся пятен; -1 балл: вода серьезно протекает сквозь душевую кабинку даже при аккуратном использовании маленьким душем; -1 балл: караоке через дорогу, но очень громко и очень мешает до 23:00; -1 балл: завтрак приносят ни к 9:00 или 10:00 как договаривались, а в рандомное время; -1 балл: фен крутой фирмы, но один на весь отель, надо записываться в очередь! В номерах нет накопителя для хранения второго рулона туалетной бумаги, придется обращаться к персоналу. Местами из стен торчат провода.

Нормально, для непритязательных.
Pros:

Хорошее расположение, в центре. В номере чисто при заезде, есть чайник, чашки и чайные пакетики. Хороший душ. Летом не жарко, есть кондиционер. Завтраки приносят в номер по желаемому времени, яичница или кашка. Дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Все что нужно приносят быстро, утюг, гладильная доска, одеяло. Плотные шторы, свет не проникает. На окнах москитные сетки. Смарт телевизор, нетфликс, иви, ютюб и т.д.

Cons:

Сама гостиница находится в здании с другими организациями. Номера на втором и частично на первом этаже. В связи с этим за двором никто не следит, грязно, переполненное мусорное урно стояло у входа до конца пребывания. Завтрак скудный и однообразный из кафе рядом с гостиницей. Звукоизоляция отсутствует от слова совсем, слышно всех соседей и хлопки дверями. За все время пребывания, 3 ночи, ни разу не убирались в номере, хотя просил. Соответственно не выносился мусор и не обновлялись туалетные принадлежности. Чтобы принять душ, надо включить воду и подождать10 минут пока пойдёт тёплая вода.
