Cleanliness
1
Generally praised as very clean and well maintained in multiple reviews (e.g. 'Muy limpio', '
Service
1
Staff repeatedly described as helpful and attentive; one report of a slow check-in due to a receptionist on the phone.
Location
1
Excellent central location and walking distance to attractions, frequently highlighted as a major positive; access can be via very narrow streets and involves stairs/hills to reach parking.
Room Quality
1
Rooms described as charming, well decorated and comfortable, though some guests noted small double beds and problems with cooling (room very hot / A/C heating only).
Amenities
1
Notable deficiencies: no on-site parking (facility ~350m away uphill), difficulty with luggage access and stairs; A/C/cooling issues reported.
Value for Money
1
Many guests felt the hotel's charm, central location and quality made it worth staying, but shortcomings (notably breakfast) reduce perceived value slightly.
Food and Beverage
1
Consistent negative feedback about breakfast: poor variety, cold hot items, industrial or poor-quality pastries, bad coffee and poorly prepared egg dishes.
Overall Experience
1
Mixed but balanced: hotel charm, location and helpful staff are strong positives, offset by repeated issues with breakfast, parking/access and occasional room cooling problems — net neutral overall.

Pequeños detalles mejoran los días
Pros:

xenophobes and racists
Pros:

It was a nightmare.
When I booked the hotel, one of my criteria was that it had its own parking lot. You can’t actually drive up to the hotel—the road leads through streets that are too narrow for a car. When I called them, they told me that the parking lot is actually outside the city gates, and from there you have to walk up a steep hill with your luggage to get to the hotel. This is—supposedly—a four-star hotel (it’s a far cry from that), and when I asked the receptionist to send a porter to the parking lot to help, he told my wife and two daughters, who were standing at the front desk, to go help instead.
Then came the real scandal. My wife and two daughters came down to the parking lot, and since it was 42 degrees and I’m 59 years old, I didn’t want to carry everything up to the hotel, so my daughters took out of the suitcase whatever they needed. Meanwhile, one of the hotel guests pulled out of the parking lot and ran over my daughter’s suitcase—which broke—and nearly ran over her foot as well. He refused to pay for the damage, but when we tried to call the police, he tried to run over my daughter and then attacked me as well. Then he drove off.
When we arrived at the hotel—which, for me at my 59 age with a 25-kilogram bag on my shoulder, wasn’t exactly pleasant—the receptionist asked for our IDs, which she placed on her desk where anyone could see them. Meanwhile, the same aggressive man showed up; he attacked me again first, then went up to the receptionist—I don’t know why he was allowed in—and started picking up and looking at our IDs. The receptionist silently tolerated it—one might even say she encouraged it. My younger daughter snatched it out of his hand. That’s when we asked them to call the police, who arrived shortly afterward. The next day, we filed a complaint against the man for property damage and against the receptionist for violating data protection regulations. (I can’t rule out the possibility that it was no accident that this surly older

Cons:

man was able to access my 17-year-old daughter’s personal information.) Meanwhile, they were talking among themselves and making racist remarks about us, mentioning something about “Poles.” (They thought we are Polish.)
It was 6:00 p.m. at that point, and another woman appeared—perhaps someone named Simona—though “Simonia” would be a better fit—and announced that we couldn’t check into our room because WE had been behaving aggressively! The next morning I went back, and this Simonia revealed that she was good friends with the culprit—the bearded man—which is, I suppose, why she kicked us out, hoping to cause us trouble. (We found a cheaper and better hotel in 10 minutes.)
I suppose the lies and denials of the staff are coming now, but if necessary, all the evidence—photos, recordings, and police reports— are available. I’m also going to sue them for violating the GDPR. This hotel took the side of a person who attacked a teenage girl, handed over the personal information of two young girls to them, and it was clear that they were protecting the Spaniard against the foreigner. They are xenophobes and racists.
The funniest part is that after all this, they wrote to Booking.com telling me to pay for the rooms they didn’t even provide
Whoever wants to avoid trouble should avoid them at all costs.

Muy recomendable. Repetiría sin duda.
Pros:
