great hotel, with everything you need.
Pros:

the hotel was very comfortable with modern finishes. the staff were helpful and friendly and the restaurant had great food which meant I didnt need to leave the hotel while I was working

Cons:

Being there for work was tricky as there were limited places to work. I would have appreciated a small desk in my room. the room on 2nd floor, under the restaurant was also noisy with the furniture being moved around.

Come to Kigali , Luma and Lua is calling!
Pros:

I had a really great stay at Luma & Lua. One thing I truly appreciated was the reliable WiFi was fast and consistent throughout my stay, which made it easy to work and stay connected.
The hot showers were also excellent, especially after long days out. The water temperature was perfect and very consistent, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. I would love to come again and stay here, meet new people and soak in Kigali over a glass and beautiful conversation.

A great place to stay whenever in Kigali. Great value for money
Pros:

Very clean, conveniently located near the airport, with responsive and genuinely helpful staff. The building and furniture showcase beautiful local materials, and instructions were clear, making check‑in smooth and easy.
I checked in late in the evening without my toiletries, and Aline at reception was professional and outstanding. She went out of her way to get me everything I needed and made sure I was comfortable. Excellent service overall—I definitely recommend and will be back.

the view is amazing, the food is good and the staff were very friendly and supportive
Pros:

The quality of the food was good, the staff were very supportive and helped us when we had an issue with accessing funds for our bills. When the wifi network was epileptic, they even brought in a mobile phone to help us connect to the wifi

Cons:

The bathroom in the first room flooded as the drain was not flowing so they upgraded our room. There are no mirrors in the rooms, just the one in the bathrooms and it is difficult to use that to finish dressing up.

Pros:

The hotel is brand new.
It has nice rooms.
Staff gentle and friendly.
That arranged for me a taxi from the airport. They also have 24h reception, necessary for my arrival time(2 am)

Cons:

The hot water at 2am takes more time than what they said to arrive (I can understand it).
The room was slightly small.
