Pros:

Great location! Right in the heart of Stari Grad. Close to everything. Very clean and comfortable. Well appointed room (similar to a hotel room) with wonderful high ceilings and modern decor mixed with old details. Beautiful overall. Elevator was appreciated. Staff were communicative, attentive, and prompt. Great experience overall.

Cons:

The WiFi was spotty. If I had to work from here, i would have had problems. Elevator only started from the first floor so you still had to climb up a flight of stairs to get to it. For someone older or with mobility issues, this could pose a problem. Really wish it had a balcony or a room with a view.

Pros:

Location and comfort . Right at the city center, beautiful street and easy access. Very comfortable room, spacious, clean and quiet even if in the city center. Very quick and good communication with the staff

Cons:

Not much, but there is a bit of a smell when you enter the rom, maybe from the pipes in the bathroom? but dissipates once you open the window for a bit

The worst hotel in Belgrade

We checked into this hotel, the next morning, the receptionist came and said that there were technical problems in the room, they asked to move to another room. When we moved, we found that, unlike the booked room, there is no kitchen and no second bed. We called the administrator and he offered the three of us (mother and two adult sons) to sleep on the same bed. I had to look for another hotel very quickly. Then it turned out that the hotel administration cheated us, there were no problems with the room, they just checked in other people there for two days.
P.S. I personally appeal to the administrator, you will remember this situation in your life very often

Pros:

Очень удобное расположение, окна были не на гумную улицу, поэтому было тихо.
Понравилась услуга с самостоятельным заселением, подробная, понятная инструкция по заселению. Красивый, современный интерьер, чистый, просторный номер, в наличии все самое необходимое. Без проблем оформили электронный белый картон.
Отличная просто локация!

Superbe emplacement, mais aucun services de la part des employés.

Cons:

Nous avons perdu près d'une demi-journée à attendre l'employé qui devait nous faire payer. Nous avons fait pas moins de 10 aller-retour, il n'était jamais là à l'heure prévue, et répondait littéralement 1 heure plus tard à ses textos. Le pire service que nous n'avons jamais reçu dans un hotel du genre.

location was amazing. staff were very helpful when checking in. room was clean.

Апартамент в сърцето на Белград
Pros:

Много чист и спретнат апартамент, в стара историческа сграда в сърцето на Белград, на пешеходната улица. Комуникацията със собственика беше много лесна и бърза. Много лесно влизане в сградата и апартамента, въпреки че става със self check. Апартамента е стилен, чист и с голяма баня. В много светли и приятни тонове на обзавеждането. Въпреки, че се намира на най-шумната улица в Белград, след като затворите врата на сградата, целия шум изчезва. Апартамента е на втория етаж, но реално изглеждаше като трети, има доста стълби и за хора, които може да им е трудно да се качват възможно е да изпитат затруднения, за нас не бяха проблем. Но ако някои гости имат проблеми и особено ако носят куфари може да се окаже проблем. Има асансьор, но понеже е много стар решихме да не рискуваме. Препоръчвам апартамента, няма никакви забележки.
