Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück hatte auch eine sehr gute Auswahl. Der Standort regional zu unseren Spots zu denen wir wollten war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Neben dem Hotel ist eine riesige Baustelle!!!! Es ist aktuell absolut nicht empfehlenswert in das Hotel zu gehen, da man von Baulärm umgeben ist. Unser Zimmer hatte zwar ein Fenster, aber man hat direkt auf die Wand des Nebengebäudes geschaut, die man fast berühren konnte. Wenn man duscht setzt man das ganze Bad unter Wasser und wäscht die Toilette gleich mit. Leider hat das Hotel auch insgesamt einen komischen Geruch, an dem man sich nach ein paar Minuten allerdings gewöhnt. Der Pool ist an für sich ganz nett, war allerdings an einem Tag komplett grün. Wenn man keine Ansprüche hat, ist es okay.

朝食が素晴らしい。野菜が新鮮で果物も美味しい。
オムレツもすぐに作ってくれてテーブルまで
運んでくれてた。美味しいヨーグルトもある。

Cons:

屋上にあるプールまわりの清掃が出来ていない。
プールの利用時間が8時なので、６時か７時に
してくれると嬉しい。
プールまわりにある観葉植物が枯れかかって、
緑色ではなかった。

Le pire des hôtels au Vietnam
Pros:

La literie et le petit déjeuner correcte

Cons:

Avoir fait 3 chambres pour finir par ne pas avoir la chambre réservée pourtant dispo sur booking .
Un management en dessous de tout ( j’étais pro dans l’hôtellerie restauration). Du personnel livré à lui même qui passe sa journée à discuter à l’accueil qui n’alimente même pas la machine à café pendant 2 jours , qui ne répond même pas au bonjour des clients etc…bref du jamais vu en 15 ans de voyages en Asie . Tous les autre hotels fait au Vietnam ont été exemplaires tant au niveau de l’accueil que des prestations. Donc hotel à éviter à moins d’une reprise en main de l’établissement.

Only one room key. No bedside tables. Not enough pillows. The location although good geographically the street its located on is fairly ugly and under construction.

If travelling with family don't choose this room as it is very small.

Pros:

Le confort de la chambre, nous avions pris une suite. L'hôte est dans une rue au calme. Cependant le quartier est en pleine transformation ( rue en travaux). La piscine est certes petite mais très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et délicieux

Dans la chambre il manquait des lampes de chevet.

Comfortable and convenient for stay in Hanoi
Pros:

Breakfast was really good. I stayed here for a few days and enjoyed a variety of breakfast every morning. Some reviews were about location but it was no problem. The hotel gave us perfect instructions to use Grab.

Cons:

Cleaning was not perfect and the sink was a bit messy one time but it was a minor point.
