יהיה נחמד אם הבעלים של המלון יוכלו לשים זוג כוסות יין בחדרים כי לשתות יין מספלי תה לא כל כך נוח, בכל זאת זאת גרוזיה - אר

המלון חדש והחדרים נקיים, צוות עדיב ותמיד מוכן לעזור. יש מרפסת לחדרים ובערב אפשר לשבת שם על כוס יין.

Siamo venuti in gruppo per il matrimonio di nostro figlio e il soggiorno è stato ottimo
L'albergo completamente ristrutturato internamente. La camera familiare era molto grande e confortevole con un terrazzo spettacolare anche le altre camere matrimoniali erano abbastanza spaziose con un bel balcone attrezzato
La colazione ottima e abbondante con orario molto elastico. La pulizia perfetta. Cambio e pulizia a nostra discrezione.
Lo staff e il direttore molto gentili si sono prodigati in ogni modo per aiutarci
Era un po lontano dal centro, ma poco più di un km e non era un problema
Se dovessimo tornare in Georgia torneremo sicuramente qui

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Personel komunikatywny (zarówmo po angielsku jak i po rosyjsku) i skory do pomocy. W pokoju było wszystko co potrzebne.

Отличный персонал, у нас была экскурсия в 6 утра и нам предложили собрать ланчбокс для нас чтобы мы поели в дороге. Завтраки начинаются с 9 утра и они тоже очень вкусные и разнообразные. Нам очень понравился отель, персонал и отзывчивость.

Manca il caffè espresso, ma so che all'estero non ha la stessa importanza che per noi italiani!

Forse migliorerei qualcosa tipo armadio un po più capiente e un attaccapanni nella stanza

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Everything was well maintained, and we really enjoyed my time there. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros:

停车方便，位置好早，卫生状态不错，服务也挺热情

Cons:

建议：1.卫生间灯太亮，晚上最好有个小夜灯，便于起夜。2.淋浴间太滑，建议增加防滑垫等措施。3. 空调对着床吹，晚上太冷，建议增加挡风措施。

déco raffinée, propreté irréprochable, accueil efficace et charmant, petit déjeuner buffet correct avec des horaires plus que souples ,

Cons:

peut-être moins de produits industriels pour les viennoiseries et les boissons mais c'est anecdotique
surtout établissement situé dans une zone pavillonnaire à 3 km du centre ville donc 40' pour y aller ( ça descend ) mais 1 heure pour le retour ( ça grimpe ) ; faut choisir entre tranquillité et difficulté d'accès mais les taxis sont très abordables en Géorgie
