Cons:

No booking não fala nada porém precisa pagar 30 reais a diária do estacionamento, e pelo site a reserva e mais barata do que no booking

Ótima escolha em Caraguatatuba
Pros:

Hotel novíssimo, impecável. Foram super atenciosos com uma restrição alimentar (gluten) e permitiram até que escolhessemos o quarto. Fica ao lado do shopping Serra Mar e conta com uma passagem quase "exclusiva", muito bom.

Foi boa. Há pontos críticos à melhorar.
Pros:

A parte de infraestrutura do prédio todo está excelente. Parece muito novo. Muito agradável.
Gostei também do convênio com o estacionamento do shopping, muito bom.
A instalação do quarto é ótima.

Cons:

Falta funcionário, é nítido. A recepção se sobrecarrega na hora do checkin, causando desconforto para os hóspedes.
Na hora do café da manhã fica claro isso. As meninas correndo para fazer tudo, reposição ineficiente, além do café ser muito simples, alguns itens como croissant de chocolate deveria ser substituído, baixa qualidade.
Achei absurdo não ter suco de laranja no café, Uva e Limão é a nítida redução de custo e qualidade, péssimo.
Chuveiro - Sistema de aquecimento ineficiente. A pior experiência do banho é uma água que esquenta e esfria o tempo todo. A ducha é boa, mas o sistema de aquecimento precisa ser revisto.

O atendimento para checkin e checkout é muito demorado, demorei cerca de 30 minutos para fazer o checkin e o checkout tive problemas com estacionamento.
