TAXA PET INCOMUM
Pros:

O apartamento é muito amplo e tudo novinho. Café da manhã delicioso, muitas opções, com suco de laranja de fruta espremida na hora! Atendimento com qualidade.

Cons:

O banheiro tinha um cheiro bem forte de esgoto, de acordo com a funcionária já estão providenciando corrigir este problema. Também fiquei bem insatisfeita com a taxa PET, pois reservei pelo booking e lá não havia opção de pagar já com taxa pet, no site do próprio hotel consta o valor de 100 reais a ESTADIA, no entanto tive de pagar 100 reais por DIÁRIA! Em nenhum outro hotel que já fiquei com nossa pet pagamos por diária, já que desta forma o valor pago pelo animal seria praticamente o valor pago por pessoa! Questionei a atendente e infelizmente ela disse que sua gerente disse que teria de pagar mesmo!

Pros:

Hotel novo, quartos amplos, café da manhã muito bom e atendimento cordial dos funcionários. Localização excelente.

Cons:

Poderia ter dois elevadores, pela quantidade de quartos. Sugestão de colocar uma ducha higiênica nos vasos sanitários e porta toalhas no banheiro.

Hotel bem localizado e com boas/novas instalações em Fraiburgo.
Pros:

O hotel é bem localizado, no principal acesso da cidade de Fraiburgo. Possui garagem coberta e estacionamento fechado sem custo adicional. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e solícitos, em especial cabe o agradecimento a equipe do café da manhã, que gentilmente atendeu minha esposa no aspecto da intolerância ao glúten que possui, oferecendo-a itens para realizar um desjejum confortável.

Cons:

Dentro das expectativas que possuía previamente, o hotel atendeu bem, portanto não tenho queixas registráveis.
