Review Highlights

Pros:
Excellent location / close to beach
Generally clean / new building and fixtures
Friendly and helpful staff
Good breakfast (varied, regional options)
Rooftop pool, sauna and hydromassage
Restaurant and leisure areas
Cons:
Very small rooms and tiny bathroom fixtures (sink, cramped toilet)
Narrow shower/box that often leaks and floods the bathroom
Intermittent lack of water during the day
Sewage odor reported in at least one room (not resolved)
Toiletries (shampoo/soap) not consistently replenished
Towel replacement issues / housekeeping communication gaps
Exterior LED lighting and noise affecting sleep; blackout curtains ineffective
Poor response to requests (room changes, app communication)

Categories

Cleanliness
1
Multiple guests praise the hotel as very clean, with good towels and new fixtures; however one stay reported a persistent sewage odor in the room despite complaints, so overall mixed but leaning positive.
Service
1
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and attentive (prestativos, simpáticos, atendimento excelente), though there are notable service gaps: poor communication via the app, lack of follow-up on requests and refusal/no response to room-change requests.
Location
1
Consistently highlighted as excellent — very close to the beach, 'perto de tudo' and 'localização perfeita' in several reviews.
Room Quality
1
Frequent and recurring issues: very small rooms, minuscule bathroom sink, extremely narrow shower/box (often leaking), cramped toilet spacing, inadequate blackout (light from exterior LEDs), missing full-length mirror, and at least one report of sewer smell — overall clearly negative for room comfort.
Amenities
1
Good rooftop amenities noted (pool, sauna, hydromassage), plus an on-site restaurant and pleasant leisure areas; however there are problems with toiletries (shampoo not restocked) and occasional water outages that reduce the amenities' usefulness.
Value for Money
1
Mixed signals: some guests recommend the hotel if the rate is below a certain threshold (e.g., < R$300) and praise the new building; others rate it 7–8/10 given the drawbacks. Overall perceived as reasonable but not outstanding.
Food and Beverage
1
Breakfast is repeatedly called good/varied with regional options and attentive kitchen staff (helpful with special requests); not all describe it as buffet, but generally a positive point.
Overall Experience
1
Aggregate impression is mixed-to-negative: while many praise location, cleanliness (generally) and amenities, repeated operational issues — water outages, cramped and leaking bathrooms, poor sleep due to lighting/noise, lack of toiletries and unresolved complaints (including sewage odor and denied room changes) — significantly hurt overall stays.

Pros:

limpeza, quartos modernos e bem equipados, funcionários prestativos.

Cons:
