Typical hotel breakfast. Sausage, bacon, eggs, cereal. Loved real plates and silverware.

Very nice hotel

Clean, brand new hotel

Cons:

Although the hotel had two elevators, the waiting time was excessive. We waited more than 5 minutes for an elevator to arrive, and this happened repeatedly throughout our entire stay, not just once.

New and clean with a great breakfast!
Pros:

Clean large rooms with a big walk in shower and quality amenities provided. All of the staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was great! Eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, waffles, multiple juices. Hot and fresh!

Cons:

Not many restaurant choices near the hotel.

A comfortable overnight stay when traversing Texas
Pros:

Hotel was clean, room was large, bed was comfortable

Cons:

Google Maps took me to the wrong location with the address inputted. Hotel front desk said this was a complaint they got from multiple people.
Breakfast needed an attendant. They only had one small coffeepot, with no one to replace/refill.

Cons:

The ventilation system in the room was extremely noisy and seriously affected our comfort and sleep. The receptionist’s attitude was cold, unprofessional, and frankly embarrassing for a hotel of this category.

Overall, I do not believe this hotel meets genuine five-star standards. The level of service and the room experience fell well below what I would expect from a true five-star property.
