Cons:

La stanza piccolissima con un bagno fatiscente dove non si riusciva a fare neanche una doccia, disagio totale, la scale dall'uscita dell'ascensore ad arrivare in stanza, pericolosissime, una stanza peggio di questa mai vista

Schoon hotel op goede locatie, aanrader

Locatie tov metroverbinding, leuke horeca in de omgeving. Mooie schone kamer en voor Parijs best ruim.

Cozy feeling, good for short term stay.
Pros:

Neat and cozy feeling. Breakfast was great for a continental breakfast, very simple (not much on offer) grab and go.

Cons:

Very dusty on a very appliances in the room. The beds are extremely hard, staff dealing with breakfast can be a bit more friendly. Slightly far from the sites.

Prima verblijf!
Pros:

Ontbijt goed, ruim naar Franse standaard (meer dan koffie en croissant). Kamer rustig, klein (zelf voor gekozen) maar alles erop en eraan. Prima bed.

Cons:

Ik zat in het tweede gebouwtje. De trap was heel smal, ik zat op de derde etage (in totaal vier), geen lift. Ik had een klein koffertje en dat paste precies maar voor gasten die langer aan het reizen zijn met grote koffers is het niet te doen. Ik heb het mogelijk gemist bij het boeken, maar als het niet vermeld wordt, dan moet het toegevoegd worden, vraag een kamer in het hoofdgebouw als je met veel bagage reist.

Aucune flexibilité, j'ai eu un contretemps et suis arrivée le dimanche au lieu du samedi, j'ai averti 19 jours avant et ils ont refusé de changer ma réservation donc je l'ai conservée sans autre choix. 5h avant mon arrivée le dimanche alors que j'étais déjà dans le TGV, ils l'ont carrément annulée. La fille de l'accueil a été désagréable lorsque je me suis présentée. Ils ont réactivé ma réservation et j'ai dû payer 2 nuits au lieu d'une. Aucun sens du commerce, je ne reviendrai pas.

Recommended cozy hotel
Pros:

The location is very good on a quiet street and 200 metres from the metro station. Good restaurants nearby for every price range. The hotel seems to have been renovated recently, it's cozy and welcoming with a lovely cat at the reception :)
The room was very nice with a nice small terrace. Good air circulation. Reception professional and ready to help.

Cons:

Just the toilet room. It was tiny, so small that one can barely move (and I'm quite small, as well). Not sure how a slightly taller or bigger person can fit.

Une belle machine à cash, mais attention à votre dos
Pros:

Très bien sur le papier

Cons:

J'ai eu un accident (du travail) à cause de cet hôtel. Une chaise défectueuse qui m'a valu une chute brutale et des problèmes de dos. La chaise, cassée à 20h, n'a pas été remplacée alors que j'aurais eu besoin d'une autre chaise. Je n'ai jamais été ensuite recontactée par la direction, ni pour s'enquérir, ni pour s'excuser. Voici leur réponse à mon mail 4 jours après mon départ. Comme ils sont médecins et omnipotents, ils ont su que leur avarie de matériel n'avait eu aucune conséquence sur moi:
" Concernant l’absence de suivi, nous ne vous avons pas recontactée car, le lendemain de l’incident, vous sembliez en bonne forme, ce qui nous a rassurés quant à votre état. Vous portiez vos bagages et vous baissiez correctement lors de votre départ. Nous avons pensé qu’il s’agissait heureusement de plus de peur que de mal."
Et pour eux ma démarche ne peut être que pécuniaire, quand je leur signale que je suis mécontente de leur attitude:
"Enfin, nous tenons à préciser que nous restons bien entendu ouverts aux retours de nos clients, mais ne pouvons accepter une démarche perçue comme du chantage. Vous êtes libre de partager votre avis, et nous y répondrons également de manière transparente."
Quelle tristesse...

Friendly boutique stay
Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel with friendly staff and a gorgeous cat. The bed was comfy and the hotel was a short walk from some lovely places to eat and shop.

Cons:

The pillows were quite flat and the room was tiny and we struggled to open our suitcases but if you were there for the weekend and had a small bag it would be perfect size. This didn’t bother us or ruin our stay.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel mit toller Lage und schönen Ambiente.
Pros:

Gute Lage und ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sowie nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.
Buchung, Check-in und Check-out haben reibungslos funktioniert. Außerdem ist das Hotel günstig gelegen; nur wenige Meter entfernt gibt es eine Anbindung an die Metro sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Bäckereien.
Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es angenehm ruhig, und von der Straße ist nur wenig zu hören.

Cons:

Die Internetverbindung war leider im Zimmer sehr instabil. Im Foyer hingegen war sie sehr gut. Außerdem wäre etwas mehr Stauraum für Kleidung usw. wünschenswert.

Die Belüftung im Bad lief außerdem die ganze Zeit, was besonders nachts beim Schlafen etwas störend war.
