Une bonne escapade à Medellin
Pros:

Le personnel est à l’écoute et très aimable et surtout réactif. Le jacuzzi/Hammam inclus est un plus.
Chambre spacieuse avec rangement.
Le restaurant de l’hôtel est vraiment bon.
Un énorme plus : LE POMMEAU DE DOUCHE !

Lo comodo y bonita que se ve. Cuenta con cocina si te vas a quedar una estadía bastante larga puedes comprar alimentos y cocinar. El desayuno del restaurante incluido estuvo super normal.

Habitación con Jacuzzi y olor a drenaje , sin elevador

Muy mala experiencia. La llamada “suite doble” empieza decepcionando desde antes de entrar.

La habitación está en el piso 11 y presume una vista privilegiada de la ciudad. El pequeño detalle que convenientemente no aparece en el anuncio es que el elevador solo llega hasta el piso 10. Para llegar a la “suite” tienes que subir el último piso por la escalera de emergencia, cargando todas tus maletas. Nadie te lo advierte previamente y tampoco hubo personal que nos ayudara.

Pero eso terminó siendo el menor de los problemas.

Desde que entramos a la habitación había un olor constante y nauseabundo a drenaje, cloaca y excremento. No era algo ocasional: el olor permanecía en la habitación y hacía realmente desagradable estar ahí.

Reportamos el problema al hotel y su “solución” fue darnos un aromatizante. Es decir, en lugar de solucionar el aparente problema de drenaje o siquiera ofrecernos una alternativa adecuada, simplemente intentaron cubrir el olor.

Una habitación anunciada como “suite” debería ofrecer una experiencia superior, no obligarte a subir maletas por una escalera de emergencia para después pasar la estancia soportando olor a drenaje disfrazado con aromatizante.

La vista puede ser privilegiada; la experiencia, definitivamente no.

Отличная гостиница в хорошем районе. На ресепшене дружелюбно, есть лифт. Был номер с красивым видом. Кровать мягкая. Интернет достаточно стабильный с хорошей скоростью (редко отваливась связь). В номере горячая вода, микрокухня, столовые приборы, маленький холодильник, телефизор, В проживание входил завтрак, есть выбор блюд, порция хорошая, очень вкусно. Сам ресторан в гостинице работает не допоздна, недалеко есть кафе мексиканской кухни. Близко - ТЦ с магазинами, обменом валют, большим фудкортом.

Cons:

на включенный в стоимость завтрак могут налить кофе, наливают в маленькую чашку, а добавка кофе на завтрак платная.
