Fantastic Enjoyable Stay
Pros:

The location was great right next to Diana Complex SC. It was within 1km of ASEAN Night Bazaar & Greenway Night Market. Frm ASEAN Night Bazaar another short walk to Central Hatyai mall.
All the hotel staff were friendly & managed our queries patiently throughout our stay. Free complimentary mini breakfast & free use of the washer/dryer. Kids were happy waiting at the lobby while waiting for our rides to arrive as there were plenty of fun activities to keep them occupied.
The family unit we had was as exactly as advertised. Very clean, huge & accommodated us comfortably. 2 comfy king beds & still spacious enough for the kids to play on the floor. Complete basic necessities while Netflix, YouTube & strong WiFi satisfied the kiddos. Separate toilet & shower convenient for everyone. My wife & I, our 14yo, 10yo, 6yo & 2yo kids really enjoyed the stay. We will return here for sure during our next trip...

Cons:

For families with older children or require more personal privacy may want to consider as the toilet & shower areas are not lockable for the room we had. Other than that I definitely recommend staying here...

Noisy housekeeping staffs but lovely hotel
Pros:

Loved this hotel. If only they have a pool, it would be perfect! Staffs are friendly & the halal comp breakfast was a life saver for us who prefer light meals. Beds, pillows, room all vy comfortable.

Cons:

Early morning the staffs are very noisy talking to each other just outside my room as the were doing housekeeping. Pls respect guests privacy who wants to sleep more.

Pros:

The hotel near to the mall and its bfast eventhough do not have a lot of choice but my wife tell me the porridge is nice and the food is quite nice

NEW HOTEL BEDIDE DIANA MALL WITH FREE BREAKFAST!
Pros:

New hotel, beside Diana Mall, comfort pillow and good mattress. Spacious room between bed, since we stayed at tripple room .complimentary halal breakfast.

Iron should put in each room because more easier to us to use
