Immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, nicht direkt aber recht nah an einem sehr schönen Strand mit bequemen Zimmern mit Balkon, Leselicht am Bett, kleinem Kühlschrak, deutschen TV-Sendern und einem schönen Innenpool.
Zum Frühstück zwar kein Sekt, aber trinkbarer Cappuccino, Tomatensaft und Räucherfisch.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Das einzige Manko: Der Pool bleibt morgens bis 09.00 Uhr geschlossen.

Schönes Herbsterlebnis an der polnischen Ostsee

Sehr gutes Frühstück, Tolles Schwimmbad und Wellness Angebot, Wir durften auch schon etwas eher aufs Zimmer und erhielten Parkplatz, Oktoberfest war eine nette Abwechslung mit gutem Essen.

Cons:

Leider funktionierte nur ein Fahrstuhl, was zu längeren Wartezeiten führte. Im Gegensatz zur Oktoberfest am zweiten Abend wurden wir beim Dinner am dritten Abend sehr enttäuscht, wir mussten (im Gegensatz zu den zahlreichen Buffett Gästen) mehr als 90 Minuten auf unser teilweise kaltes A-la-Carte-Essen warten. Der Koch hat sich zwar entschuldigt, aber wir fanden es unzumutbar!

Tolles Hotel zum entspannen
Pros:

Sehr schönes Wellnesshotel. Schönes großes Zimmer mit Balkon. Toller Wellnessbereich. Sehr entspannende Wellnessanwendungen. Super Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Das ein Fahrstuhl dauerhaft nicht in Betrieb ist.

Chętnie wrócę do Juveny
Pros:

Spokój, przestrzenie, wyśmienite jedzenie, duży basen, strefa wypoczynku - tepidarium, wszędzie blisko. Świetny hotel.

Cons:

Jedna winda cały czas nieczynna, utrudniony transport. Jak byłam 2 tyg temu, też nie działała, a na dodatek wtedy druga też się zepsuła i trzeba było dźwigać bagaże.

Brak możliwości korzystania z sauny w czasie wieczornych dodatkowo płatnych seansów. W cenie pobytu jest dostęp do sauny a w rzeczywistości trzeba dodatkowo zapłacić lub też korzystać w godzinach mało komfortowych.

Tolles Hotel mit Schwächen bei Komfort, Ambiente und Lage.
Pros:

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer angenehmen, geschmackvollen und einladenden Einrichtung. Der wunderschöne Strand ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgesprochen umfangreich und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Auch das À-la-carte-Abendessen im Restaurant hat uns geschmacklich überzeugt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der aufmerksame, freundliche Service sowie das hervorragende SPA-Angebot mit wohltuenden Massagen und Behandlungen.

Cons:

Der Pool- und Saunabereich ist optisch sehr ansprechend gestaltet, allerdings sind die Ruhezonen leider wenig durchdacht. Einfache Kunststoffliegen am Pool und ausgesprochen unbequeme Ruheliegen im Saunabereich werden dem ansonsten hohen Anspruch des Hotels nicht gerecht. Hier besteht deutliches Verbesserungspotenzial.

Auch die Beleuchtung im Restaurant ist leider wenig gelungen. Während die hervorragenden Speisen, der aufmerksame Service und die liebevoll mit Stofftischdecken und Stoffservietten eingedeckten Tische ein gehobenes Ambiente vermitteln, erinnert die grelle Beleuchtung eher an einen Operationssaal. Mit einem wärmeren, stimmungsvollen Lichtkonzept ließe sich die Atmosphäre erheblich verbessern.

Wenig einladend ist leider auch die unmittelbare Umgebung des Hotels. Wer den Charme und die Atmosphäre der bekannten Ostseebäder erwartet, wird hier enttäuscht. Fußläufig gibt es praktisch nichts zu entdecken – weder eine ansprechende Promenade noch Cafés, Restaurants oder kleine Geschäfte. Lediglich der schöne Strand ist schnell erreichbar, allerdings auch ohne die für viele Ostseebäder typischen Strandkörbe. Für Spaziergänge abseits des Strandes oder etwas Abwechslung außerhalb des Hotels bietet die Umgebung leider kaum Möglichkeiten.

4 Sterne sind absolut verdient!
Pros:

Sehr gute Ausstattung der Zimmer, Sauna, Schwimmbad, Wellness sind toll, viele Angebote zur Entspannung. Massage war perfekt.
Frühstück sehr gut, Abendessen um Restaurant hochwertig.

Cons:

Beim Abendessen waren vier Gerichte auf der Karte nicht vorhanden, obwohl sie aufgeführt waren.
Das, was wir dann als Alternative gegessen haben, war perfekt. Service sehr freundlich.

V době návštěvy fungoval jen jeden výtah a to bylo opravdu nepříjemné, čekat na výtah dlouhou dobu a když konečně přijel byl plný 🙄
