Piękne wnętrza. Miła atmosfera. Pyszne, bardzo obfite i zróżnicowane śniadanie. Czysto. Przyjemne baseny. Miła obsługa.

Cons:

Brakuje dopieszczenia stref zewnętrznych. Przy basenie na dachu mogłoby być więcej zieleni, gdyż obecne nasadzenia nie wytrzymują upału i wyschnięte szpeci. Wystarczyłoby trochę sztucznych zielonych roślin i byłoby bardziej klimatycznie. Strefa zielona przy budynku też lekko zaniedbana.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Ausstattung, noch einige Lücken beim Service.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, fußläufig zum Strand und zum kleinen Ortszentrum mit Restaurants und Läden.
Hervorzuheben war der sehr große Pool innen und der auch sehr tolle, wenn auch etwas kalte Pool auf dem Dach.

Die Zimmer sind groß und gemütlich, wir hatten das Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern, das war fast luxuriös. Leider fehlten eine Herdplatte und Küchenutensilien, auf den Bildern hatte es nach einer Mini-Küche ausgesehen.

Das Frühstück war recht gut bei den pikanten Optionen, es gab Salate und sogar Gekochtes (aber wer isst zum Frühstück Lasagne?), allerdings fehlten Croissants, Crepes, Waffeln o.ä., es gab wenig Gebäck, keine frischen Säfte und wenig Auswahl bei den Brötchen. Die Eier waren zu roh, Joghurt musste man mehrfach extra nachbestellen.

Cons:

Ein echtes Problem ist das Abendbuffet. Es wird nur zwischen 17 und 19 Uhr serviert, ist nicht besonders variantenreich und trotzdem deutlich teurer als die Restaurants im Ort. das A la carte-Restaurant hat ein paar mehr Optionen, jedoch auch nichts Besonderes. Es hat laut Plakat bis 21 Uhr geöffnet, aber wenn man um 20:30 Uhr kommt, kriegt man nichts mehr. Auch nicht sehr angenehm ist, dass man nichts ins Zimmer mitnehmen darf, es aber auch keinen Room Service gibt. Das entspricht nicht dem Standard, den man bei einem eigentlich schicken Hotel erwartet.

Ein Schrecken namens Monika!

Lage sehr gut, trotz nicht direktem Strandzugang durch die Dünen, 400m, Frühstück sehr umfangreich, Tiefgarage, für polnische High Season verhältnismäßig ruhig gelegen

Cons:

Katastrophaler erster telefonischer persönlicher Kontakt am Anreisetag mit einer Mitarbeiterin namens Monika. Frech, kurz angebunden, nur abweisend, nicht das geringste Maß von Service, Welcome oder Kundenorientierung. Diese Dame weiß nicht, warum Sie an der Rezeption arbeitet. Das Management sollte hier ihre Fähigkeiten schnellstens überprüfen, absolute völlige Fehlbesetzung. Alles war nur Gästeabwehr und „Geh mir nicht auf den Geist, blöder deutscher Touri!“ Hätten wir nicht vorab bezahlt, niemals hätte ich hier eingecheckt!

Das die ganze Woche, für das große Hotel von 2 Aufzügen, nur einer in Betrieb war, auf den man sehr lange warten musste. Anscheinend ist die Situation schon sehr lange so.

Ausstattung und Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Frühstücksangebot war ebenfalls gut.

Cons:

Die jüngere Dame an der Rezeption war etwas unhöflich gegenüber Gästen die nicht aus dem Inland kommen. Bei anderen Mitarbeitern erlebten wir genau das Gegenteil.

Ein sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück und schönem Pool.Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön,die Anwendungen professionell und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt auch.
