Pros:

L'espace commun salon/cuisine est confortable et bien équipé.
La ligne de métro à proximité du logement permet d'accéder facilement au centre de Séoul.

Cons:

Problème de dernière minute sur la chambre que nous avions réservée. L'hôte nous a relogé les 2 premières nuits dans un autre logement avant que nous puissions réintégrer le logement initial pour les 2 dernières nuits. Nous avons conscience que des imprévus peuvent arriver mais cette situation a été inconfortable et nous aurions aimé recevoir une proposition de dédommagement pour la gêne occasionnée. Nous avons dû refaire nos valises en cours de séjour pour le changement de logement, pas de logement accessible en journée le jour du changement et récupération de nos valises qu'à 19h30. Nous aurions également aimé que l'hôte soit plus proactif pour nous tenir au courant de la situation plutôt que nous ayons à le relancer pour obtenir des renseignements.

Perfect for a long term stay or if you want to hike Bukhansan
Pros:

Cozy, well located for hiking Bukhansan, great value

The place was situated not far from Bukhansan National Park for my daily hikes. The hosts were very friendly, very helpful and very accomodating.
Plenty of restaurants around it. Very affordable and worth the money.

The staff is nice

Cons:

The things is that there is no one to receive you at the property, therefore you need to contact with then upon your arrival. In my case, it took them 1 hour to answer that my room was not ready.

Comfortable, affordable and value for money
Pros:

Rooms are comfortable. It is walking distance from the bus stop, but it is a bit of a walk to the nearest train stations. There are also 3 different convenience stores nearby. Staff were exceptionally nice and they provide guests with water and ramyeon. If you came to Seoul to hike Bukhansan, this hotel is a great one.

Cons:

I’m being nitpicky, but the distance to the train stations is quite tiring. Also, there are no lifts in the building. There is no housekeeping either but otherwise, it was great
