Pros:

Parking - then leaving early this morning

Cons:

Cobwebs in the room corners - extension leads all over - fridge in the room was stinking - the wooden baton holding the curtain rail up was hanging off - don't know if it was insects cause of the warmth or they lived there rent free - the bathroom panel rotten - toilet had someone's faeces in still - kitchen splashes of grease all over the back panel and side - garden view (apparently) what a state. It's that good I have booked somewhere else for the rest of my work week.

キッチンが使えたから自分で料理ができて助かった

Cons:

ブレーカーがすぐ落ちる点

仮に、宿泊者の個人携帯が無制限データ契約の場合は無問題だがWi-Fiを使って映画とか動画とかを見たい人にとってはとても不便だと思う

Pros:

The rooms were neat and beyond expectation.
We were impressed by the welcome package we got in our room.
The response to any concerns was quick.
The garden space was great especially in this weather .
The locations is great ,very close to other amenities .

Cons:

Sharing the toilet and bathroom.
Maybe try to have the shower and toilet separate or get one for the ground floor .

It was only one night and I needed somewhere to stay so it did the job

It's where I needed to be, well, a bus ride from

Cons:

I didn't see anybody, no one to welcome you or at least to say hello/good bye.
I could not find a towel
Was breakfast included ? I thought it was a B&B, un less I missed something in the information received.
Couldn't work out the TV. I was hoping to watch at least the news at 10 and I couldn't stand a whole Netflix or whatever fil

Gdyby nie zastrzeżenia do czystości, byłoby dużo lepiej.
Pros:

Sprawnie działające WiFi, kawa i mleko do kawy.

Cons:

Gdy przyjechałam, pokój nie był gotowy, a kuchnia była brudna. Musiałam czekać 2 godziny, aż ktoś z obsługi przyjdzie posprzątać i przygotować pokój.

Room 5, the stuff of nightmares!
Pros:

Close to the airport & NEC and reasonable prices

Cons:

The property was not secure, our room did not lock properly (the boot of plastic in the pictures was the only security between us and the outside world) the door had material sellotaped over it, the lights could only be controlled from outside the room, there was a bifold door diving two rooms that could easily be opened (behind sofa).
We felt so unsafe we booked a different hotel and relocated despite travelling for about 15 hours prior to arrival and being so tired we thought we could have slept anywhere!
I would have felt safer and more secure at the Bates Motel - do NOT recommend
