Breakfast to die for!
Pros:

The owners are great hosts. Hotel is in a fantastic spot right in the middle of the gay night life. My room was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice and freshly cooked.

Cons:

Nothing, for the money it was all well worth it. I would not hesitate on staying again.

Great location, great staff, great room, and great breakfast.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and had a good sense of humour from check-in to check out. The room was very clean and was good for our 1 night stay. Bed was very comfortable, the room was great had everything we needed. Breakfast was superb.

Cons:

I'm not sure if it was a one-off or not, but for someone who likes a cup of tea when they get up... no milk in the room. But not the end of the world, and when asked, I got some in a jug.

It's all you need. Close to everything and local transport and an amazing breakfast!
Pros:

Absolutely amazing breakfast – easily the best I've had in Blackpool, and that's saying something after all the years I've been visiting.

The rooms were well equipped with everything you need for a few nights' stay: clean, comfortable, and with all the amenities you'd expect.

Paul and Steve really make this B&B special. They're fantastic hosts with a great sense of humour, nothing is ever too much trouble, and they genuinely make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.

The whole stay exceeded my expectations, and I'm genuinely gutted I won't be staying here when I return to Blackpool next month. If I can switch my booking, I definitely will!

The location is another huge plus. Local transport is just a short walk away, making it easy to get around Blackpool, and it's also within easy walking distance of the town centre and the nearby LGBT bars and nightlife. As a solo traveller, I felt completely safe throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

I've stayed in plenty of B&Bs across Blackpool over the years. No, it's not the Ritz—but you're in Blackpool, so don't expect the Ritz! What you do get is excellent value, brilliant hospitality, comfortable rooms, an outstanding breakfast, and hosts who genuinely care about their guests.

I can completely understand why this place has an 8.9 rating on Booking.com—it thoroughly deserves it. From now on, this will be my go-to B&B whenever I visit Blackpool, and I'll be checking here first for all my future bookings. I'll definitely be back as soon as I can and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the town.

Cons:

That I had to go to work and leave.

Pros:

Great room, Very compact but practical for our stay. Smart Tv, comfortable beds, Nice bedding and fluffy towels, nice and peaceful. The Banter at breakfast with Paul and Steve was definitely the highlight of our stay.......what amazing owners! The Breakfast was plentiful with an abundance of freshly baked pastries, Juices in a nice cold fridge, cereals, fruit and the list goes on. The Cooked breakfast was served piping hot and accompanied with strong tea in a pot. We would highly recommend 👌

Cons:

Hot water in shower took a while but this was explained on check-in so not a major issue, Its a big building 😀
