Doskonale położony hotel z wygodnymi łóżkami i miłą obsługą
Pros:

Niewielki hotel położony w samym sercu Bairro Alto, kilka kroków od Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara. Pokoje skromnie urządzone, z klimatyzacją. Niezwykle wygodne łóżka - cudownie się w nich odpoczywało. Pokoje czyste, praktycznie wyposażone łazienki z niedużą kabiną prysznicową. Śniadania kontynentalne w postaci mini buferu (napoje serwowane przez obsługę). Na parterze szafki do przechowywania bagażu. Niedaleko stacja metra Baixa-Chiado (od metra trzeba podejść pod górę kilkaset metrów). W pobliżu hotelu bardzo dużo pubów, barów oraz restauracji. Obsługa w hotelu niezwykle miła oraz pomocna.

Cons:

Oświetlenie w pokoju było zbyt mocne, niezależnie od tego, które źródło światła się włączyło - jedną z żarówek można by wymienić na słabszą, aby uzyskać bardziej przytulne oświetlenie. Przydałoby się dodatkowe gniazdko elektryczne w okolicy łóżka, aby móc podłączyć dwa urządzenia.

Pros:

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa! O hotel possui uma EXCELENTE localização, serviço de cleaner maravilhoso, funcionários super prestativos e simpáticos.

Cons:

O isolamento acústico dentro do hotel não é bom, escutamos todas as vezes que a porta de entrada abria e fechava ou se outro hospede saia dos seus respectivos quartos.

Pros:

The staff are friendly and the room is clean. The location is closer to the centre with shops and restaurants

Cons:

The room is very narrow and the bed is high, they have a ladder connecter to climb the bed. The environment is purely residential so it can be noisy at times. There is a school behind and the children voices are heard loudly from our room if the window is open. The breakfast is very simple, no variety and only cold food, not even eggs

MODERN AND SILENT

Le côté pratique et le checking, chambre très moderne mais petite et bien isolée du bruit.
AC worked well and silent.
