1. All our EPIC Properties are unmanned; we do not have a face-to-face check-in.
2. EPIC Apart Hotels do not permit nonresident visitors after the hours of 10 pm-8 am.
3. Early check-ins and Late check-outs may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.
4. You will be required to give us your email address to complete the online check-in form.
5. We operate from a self-check-in model - you will be required to fill in an online check-in form, which you will receive via email once we have your email address. You will be required to upload official government ID and also a credit or debit card for the security deposit.
6. The Security deposit is 50% of the value of your reservation, with the lowest amount being £50.
7. Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking.
8. Access codes and instructions will only be issued once the above is complete. They will be issued by approx. 2 pm on the day of arrival, unless you have ordered an early check-in.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

Clean, staff were lovely and perfect location.

Cons:

No air conditioning in a very hot room, electric fan cheap and wouldn’t stand up by itself, shower door broken and didn’t close.

I stayed as a solo traveller for 2 nights. Location is excellent, 10 minute walk to Liverpool One bus station along main
Pros:

Staff were lovely. Location is excellent and room itself was clean and tidy. Very generous and good value for money.

Cons:

Because it’s so central was a bit noisy at times (I stayed on Fri/Sat night) but not prohibitively loud. Some issues with getting the access code and took several tries to get through to reception by phone but very easily rectified once I spoke to someone. Partly because booking.com didn’t pass on my email address to get access codes.

Ideal location for city centre, clean tidy room, would stay again
Pros:

Ideal location for our trip to the empire theatre. Shopping & eating all within walking distance! Considering its location, surprisingly quiet at night!

Cons:

Only complaint, which couldn’t really be helped, was the heat in the room. There were 2 fans in the room, but they struggled to keep the room cool. We were on the top floor of the hotel.

Pros:

Location And staff

Cons:

Poor plumbing the shower flooded. The sink would was very slow to empty, there was no shower gel or shampoo, couldn’t access WiFi, kettle was broken, and the room was too hot or too cold. Otherwise fine
