1. All our EPIC Properties are unmanned; we do not have a face-to-face check-in.
2. EPIC Apart Hotels do not permit nonresident visitors after the hours of 10 pm-8 am.
3. Early check-ins and Late check-outs may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.
4. You will be required to give us your email address to complete the online check-in form.
5. We operate from a self-check-in model - you will be required to fill in an online check-in form, which you will receive via email once we have your email address. You will be required to upload official government ID and also a credit or debit card for the security deposit.
6. The Security deposit is 50% of the value of your reservation, with the lowest amount being £50.
7. Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking.
8. Access codes and instructions will only be issued once the above is complete. They will be issued by approx. 2 pm on the day of arrival, unless you have ordered an early check-in.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

No 50 pound refund in my account as there should have been , given there was 3 hours sleep on both nights in the hotel no damage done .

Terrible mistake on believing Booking . Com to give good me good accommodation. Liverpool was also failure.

Blisko centrum. Wygodne łóżko.

Cons:

Nie działający kod wejścia do budynku przy dwukrotnym podejściu stanowiło to problem szczególnie późno w nocy. Kod wewnętrzny do skrzynki z kluczem działał poprawnie.

This is not a 4 star accommodation not even close
Pros:

It had air conditioning, was definitely needed as it was roasting while over

Cons:

No way to contact the place, tried calling got no answer used the online chat and still to this day no reply a week and a half later

Pros:

It was clean, the beds were well made, and I appreciated having a hairdryer. New coffee sachets were delivered when I asked for them. The location is good.

Cons:

I truly hated the checking in system. Hotels with no staff are not for me! Only one little piece of soap that had to be moved between the sink and the shower.

Location is great, bed very comfortable

The curtains were coming off the rail, the bath still had hairs in from someone else and the bathroom door handle was loose.
