Bardzo piękne miejsce, na pewno powrócę do niego

Położenie i wykończenie obiektu. Było naprawdę ładnie

Brak możliwości całkowitego zasłonięcia zasłon, tym bardziej że pokój był na parterze od ulicy i wieczorem, nie było prywatności w pokoju. Za mała liczba wieszaczków na ręczniki w łazience

Wrócę na pewno w miesiącach letnich :-) Piękne widoki i wysoki standard ośrodka!
Pros:

Piękna lokalizacja, nowy ośrodek, dobry dojazd. Basen na dachu z pięknym widokiem. Sauna obok basenu z pięknym widokiem na jezioro i góry.

Cons:

W miesiącach letnich miejsce idealne, w miesiącach zimowych dojście do basenu jest problematyczne, bo trzeba wyjść na zewnątrz z większości apartamentów.

For a 4-star hotel, the service quality is shockingly poor.
Pros:

Stunning Location: A gorgeous setting right on the lake shore.

New & Clean: The hotel is brand new, so the facilities, rooms, and overall property look modern and spotless.

Great Spa: The spa area is fantastic, featuring an incredible view.

Excellent Restaurant: The food quality is high—the ribs are especially delicious and highly recommended.

Cons:

Poor Room Assignment & Lack of Support: We informed the hotel in advance that we were traveling with a 2-month-old baby and specifically booked (and paid extra for) a room with a view. Upon arrival, we were given one of the worst rooms overlooking only the parking lot and an electrical distribution substation.

Unhelpful Staff: When I called reception to resolve the issue, they offered zero options (neither paid nor free upgrades), even though the hotel had vacant rooms, and simply refused to help.

Absurd Upgrade Fees: The next day, I went to the front desk in person and showed them available rooms of our category (or higher) directly on their website. Only then did they agree to let us change rooms, but with an outrageous double charge: paying extra for the room plus an additional fee just for the room change procedure itself! We paid it because we drove 5 hours to get here and needed the view since we spent a lot of time in the room with the baby.

Poor Attitude: The staff is completely unwilling to help or solve problems proactively; you have to argue with them and pay out of pocket to fix issues.

Disappointing Room Layout: The bedroom in the "room with a separate bedroom" category is tiny—it feels more like a closet—and features a standard, non-King bed that is smaller than an average home bed.

Overall Verdict: For a 4-star hotel, the service quality is shockingly poor.
